About:
Jason and Lorraine. In 2016 we sold most of our belongings and left the city in southern California to start a small homestead in the mountains of North Carolina. We left the city in search for a more minimal and intentional life. We became passionate about growing our own food and knowing what exactly is in our food after I (Jason) became diagnosed with cancer. Now 8 years in remission we as a family are on a journey to live our passions.
We document our life on RUclips videos to inspire others to get out of their comfort zone and not be afraid of change. We started our own online general store where we have available the things we make and use in real life. Thank you for following us on this incredible life changing journey!
This is the most original, beautiful design of all the buses I’ve seen so far. That pallet wood wall is wonderful with the color blends and the raised bed and the bunk are so convenient. The bunk does have a squished feeling right up under the roof, though. If it was mine, I would do a roof raise to allow more ceiling space. Gorgeous countertop in the kitchen and the bathroom/shower area is great.
Very awesome craftsmanship on this bus. Very high end. I like the fact that it still looks the same on the exterior.
These are the new wave! I definitely see myself buying a gillig before I get a house.
it's a beautiful conversion, you should be proud of yourself
Wow, that is... beautiful! Can't image all the work that went into making an old bus look that good! Good Job!
That pull-out bed is just pure genius!
Jason, I could see myself living in that bus, it's beautiful!! ;)
thank you!
Sow the Land hey I'm trying to get with the business for a build and still no one contacted me. Is there something I'm missing?? I've even left comments on your channel. Even if you guys are to booked. like ....I'm dead ready and serious
I have a 36 foot city bus Leyland Tiger conversion. Heaps more room with midmount flat six diesel under Floor.
This conversion is so we’ll designed!
Love this! We are just in the beginning stages of our Skoolie conversion, and this gives us hope 😆
Love the schoolie you guys did and this city bus. However, really wish you guys would show a completed project. Really love your decorations....designs....and craftsmanship!
I want to do a shuttle bus 🚍 Conversion, most skoolies are too short for me. I Love this video with there were more so I can get inspiration from them.

I love this build.
I seen a bus build series recently thats ongoing now and that guy stole your angled kitchen sink idea and it seems now as I watch this again...he used more of your ideas too.lol!!! It wouldn't be a big deal if he gave you guys the credit for the design he claims is his. Lol!! Wow!
Great job. One of my favorites.
Fine skilled work
Beautiful
I love his city bus!!!
Regina Estrada, thanks! We chose it for the super high ceilings and wide body. Love the airy feel.
Amazing!
Wwwaaaooo good job

Pretty cool!
Love it. 😍
I find most of these buses are so full of stuff!and so many cupboards and doors, couldnt stand it far too busy, not simple.
Big thumbs up!
City bus engines are like u-haul trucks , beat to hell and tired .
Whats is am average cost of a bus conversion?
Love it great job great craftsmanship all around very good that video I’m curious where does one park a city bus? And how much does it cost to power diesel? Gasoline where do you pump gas?
Nice!
Hermoso todo me gusta
I hope these are sold as budget builds... the quality is not very high. All good so long as the potential buyer knows.
Gfi those plugs next to the tub.
You guys do great work, but I like seeing it done by those with no experience. It's just that it can't get no " realer" ( not a REAL word😂😂😂) than when you see them from start to finish 😉😉😉. You guys are no slouch though, and I know you all took off after your personal build. Keep up the good work guys. 😎😎😎
I love it wish you could build me one
I like the bus conversion but your video need some work have someone videotape for you 90% of the time all we can see is your head not the bus conversion but again from what I can see it does look really nice good work
sweet
Did you guys keep the handicap ramp?
Have you finished any more conversations? I didn’t see them while looking at all your video listings. Maybe you could put something in the title showing that it is finished. I had clicked three of your videos before I found the finished tour. Beautiful city bus conversion. I like the bunk on top. The colors were wonderful. Keep up the good work.
check out www.blueridgeconversions.org thanks!
This one is cool! How much did the full conversion cost?
Great job how much for one like that?
What about the gearing for highway use?
Guys, when im 18 i really want to buy an intercity bus (preferrably a scania/volvo vest) check it out, its built on the volvo B10M chassis. But anyways, maybe i can come to the Us to you, and i can pay for the materials and we an build a conversion together haha
Edit:Subbed and like, my favourite conversion so far ;)
Hey, What about seatbelts for your passengers/family? Aren't necessary at least for children?
You’ve got a great face. Very nice features.
So I’m curious. We’ve had issues getting various bus conversions insured in Iowa. Who did you find to insure your bus conversion and would you consider it reasonable?
This is so nice. Love it!
Where does the water from the shower drain to?
Does it run on natural gas or did you swap that system out
The best build I've seen for me to live in fulltime. I want one. How much?
