    Thank you so much for making this video...very informative, quick and easy to understand. Looking forward to stocking up on the ingredients because I run out of my favorite Cafe' Mocha creamer so fast!

    What a great way to both save money and eliminate all those nasty ingredients like hydrogenated fats and artificial flavorings. And the options are endless!

    It's technically cheaper to buy a creamer for $2.50-3 but she forgot to mention this option is better because it doesn't have all of those additives and chemicals and you can control how much sugar you put in it.

      Hi JP, Agree... less chemicals/more customization!!!

      Whole Latte Love is there an alternative to adding canned sweetened condensed milk? That stuff is highly processed and I’m trying to go more natural.

    I had some whipping cream so used that instead of milk. Made two kinds, chocolate mint and chocolate orange including some vest! Both are just outstanding, won't be buying the International kind that last 1000 years cause of all the chemicals in them. Thanks sooo much for sharing!

    Wonderful video!!! Question for you...is it possible that you can use just the evaporated milk and water instead of adding more milk?

    • @Wholelattelovepage
      @Wholelattelovepage  7 лет назад +1

      Hi Shannon, Thanks for the comment! That should be fine if it produces a flavor you like. We did use Sweetened Condensed Milk in the video. That of course has some sugar in it which plain evaporated milk does not have. But you don't have to have the added sugar if you don't want it.

    Do you have idea for oreo creamer since not an oreo syrup or extract

  • @SwirlingAether

    I've been buying a snickerdoodle flavored one, and I love it. Any idea how to recreate that flavor?

    • @Wholelattelovepage
      @Wholelattelovepage  9 лет назад +2

      SwirlingAether Try adding vanilla extract and cinnamon. We'd go a little heavy with the vanilla and start with 2 tsp. with 1 tsp. cinnamon. When using dry ingredients it may help to warm the milk on very low heat to incorporate flavor. So add cinnamon to the regular milk portion heated to no more than 160F and stir occasionally for 5 minutes.

      Hi OP, Thanks for the question. Preservation time is similar to other milk products. Store refrigerated!

    How long will it stay in fridge ?

    • @Wholelattelovepage
      @Wholelattelovepage  6 лет назад

      Hi LT, Some variance in opinions on that but most say at least a week and perhaps as long as 2 weeks. Here's a link with many opinions: www.google.com/search?q=sweetened+condensed+milk+how+long+in+fridge&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b-1-ab

    I love a freshly homemade brewed cup of joe. However paying almost $6.00 for coffee creamer is getting old. Best part is you can create any flavor you desire while getting creative in the kitchen. I love my coffee ...

    Does someone make praline syrup? I’ve been wanting to make my own creamer for some time, so starting with a simple vanilla or chocolate is okay too.
