Lacey Baier, Hi. Many of us, when working, might not like the short 5 days this lasts. So why not make up a bunch of creamers. Pour one into a large 2 gallon ziplock bag laid flat and level on a cookie sheet or anything flat in your freezer. When frozen you can break up the thin frozen sheet of creamer into chips and put in a smaller quart size bag. I do this with serrano peppers mixed with basil or other herbs. Also blend serrano and any herbs and put almost 1 cup of vodka, keeps it from freezing hard, you can spoon it out to put on something you are cooking or eating and never get rotten peppers again. I usually like that store-bought creamers last at least a month. But freezing could make a healthy home made creamer quick and handy that lasts months! Never thaw it out, just drop some frozen chips of creamer in your coffee... remember if you cannot put your finger in your coffee then it's too hot to drink anyway.
This is a wonderful idea. But you can simply use any size ice cube tray and when it's frozen place in Ziploc Bags. Thank you very much I prefer to make a large amount. Blessings
Finally! I’ve been trying all sorts of recipes to replicate a soy creamer without gums! This after 10 tries is my favorite! Love the protein idea from another subscriber - will try that next! Thank you!!!
No, stick to the recipe. I tried it, and sorry I did. Unless you like the taste of protein powder, don’t use. The PP overwhelms your beautiful cream that took hours to create.
Thank you i'm in the philippines on a holiday and they do not have creamer they have powdered that's it so now i can get me greetings here and make it thank you very much
I love Italian Sweet Cream but I haven’t been able to duplicate it. It is a creamy sweet with the slightest hint of coconut like the butter cookies in those blue tins at Christmas time.
I tried this 2X on a VERY low heat but I put a lid on it and it curdled so i cleaned it up and tried it again but I didn’t get almost any milk, I will try it again but I’m sad right now
TG, I finally too did last weekend with another you tuber who showed!! Thank you for showing yours!!! So glad researched and fixed it as even Starbucks had oils! Adding, Amaretto, Baileys are fun for a festive flavor but Ceylon Cinnamon is my healthiest choice for daily ! Used to see caramel condensed and can’t find it now, but noticed if you heat enough the condensed turns caramel !
Can we use dates rather than raisins? I love hazelnut flavoured things so i think that would be my favourite. I think a coconut creamer would be delicious too, i have coconut extract in my cupboard so i might have to try it.. 😍
I use dates, most raisins are covered in white sugar anyway, so dates are a great way to add natural sweetness if traditional sugar is something you worry about it
Why the arrowroot? Is it to thicken the creamer or does it help lighten? Thanks for this recipe! I haven't tried it yet, but plan to experiment (fascinated with the idea of using raisins to make condensed milk).
I have a massive bag of raisins that I had no clue what to do with. Never heard of using raisins to make a sweetened condensed milk. Can I use coconut cream to make the condensed milk? Thanks for the unique video!
Unfortunately, I love (addicted to) Nestle's Sweet Italian Cream coffee creamer. Other brands just taste like coconut but, like you, I know it is horrible for well-being. can you try to make a healthy alternative?
If you have a freeze dryer, you can make several batches and placing the freeze and once it's dried out you could powder it in a blender in stored in mason and take one heaping teaspoon of the powdered and stirring to coffee. By doing this should last at least 20 years didn't you had freeze dried it .
#laceybaier, I have been looking into making these healthier creamers and this is the first time I have seen anyone make their own condensed milk. I went to your web site for the recipe but there are no quantities for the condensed milk. What are the quantities to make it?
I have a couple questions. I am on low carb diet. The arrowroot is very high in carbs. Is there any lower carb ingredients that could be substituted? Also, once you make it, can it be frozen? It's just me and I buy 1/2 gal of half and half, and i would like to mix up the whole 1/2 gal so i don't have to make it every 5 days. TYIA
@@laceybaier_ thank you Lacey I appreciate the video. I purchased all the ingredients off of Amazon and I absolutely love hazelnut. I bought hazelnut oil vs. Hazelnut extract. Can I use hazelnut oil instead or is there a downside when using oil vs extract?
After repeating your video a few times, re-reading site instructions too, I have time, don't have stuff yet ---- yall tell me what you think about THIS IDEA: Put raisins into Milk for upto 12 hours cold good and plump, POUR UP this raisin milk, grind the raisins in a conical strainer to extract even more sweetness and thickener ( and raisin pulp too ) and ADD THIS ALSO to the sweetened condensed milk I have just made. Now at this point I have a sweeter greater fortified condensed milk and the other base ingredients even cooking could be considered optional, no? BASE Plus Maple syrup, Thickener ( not needed ? ) .... Vanilla yes add it. This is my BASE Creamer. Peppermint --- Extract, Dark Coco, Espresso Powder .... simply mix all with Base Creamer. Pour in large 2 gal plastic bag, lay in a cookie sheet in freezer, flat and even, later break up into chips for compact storage in a 1 quart freezer bag. This way I can make up several different creams ready to use in the freezer. BATCH PROCESSING for on-the-go use. I already have 4 different soups, peppers ground with herbs, liquid smoke sauces from good cooks ... etc So, is there any need to cook the Base Cream ??? Please Comment OK
I've been looking for a chocolate coffee creamer since International delight stopped making the chocolate caramel creamer. I do have a question, Can I just use the sweetened condensed milk in the store instead of making it?
If you are looking for a healthier creamer, don't use sweetened condensed milk....it's full of sugar. Raisin are naturally sweet. At least, that's my take.
John 3:16 KJV For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. I LOVE coffee with creamer, but don't want processed creamer. Your recipes are awesome. Thank you for sharing. Just found your channel and am excited to go thru your videos.
What size are bottles? In 1st written recipe for vanilla Is it 1 AND a 1/2 cups to start base or take one 1/2 cup of condensed milk then add? Can you make all of these flavors with the one base batch?
Okay I have a question the exit to change basically the flavor except for the few other edit ingredients do those things need to be cooked cuz I see you showing in the video that the other ingredients to change the flavor is done in a ball and not on the stove so this would be important information I could just make the general creamer and then have the other ingredients available for my other friends and family when having company. They were having company anytime soon but this is would be important to know do I need even if it's just for myself and I chose to change it off even though my favorite is hazelnut I need to know doing just mix it up in the bowl or do I have to add it when I'm cooking it and then like there's another one that has like the chocolate so there's other ingredients in that one so again do I need to cook these every time or can I just add it as I go I hope to hear from somebody I'm looking forward to making this this seems like a very simple recipe I'll be making it soon

You could use protein powder instead of arrow root starch. Makes the creamer thicker and creamier AND adds nutrition.
Whoa that’s an awesome suggestion!! 😘
No, stick to the recipe. I tried it, and sorry I did. Unless you like the taste of protein powder, don’t use. The PP overwhelms your beautiful cream that took hours to create.
Loved your options. My favourite mix at the moment is almond milk with vanilla extract or vanilla pod.
EMMAAA
Made this today so happy with the results !!
I don't drink coffee but these are all great in hot chocolate. Even the chocolate one makes hot chocolate super chocolate. Great video.
Sounds so great!!! I have been looking for some coffee creamer recipes. I will try yours thank you so much!

I like a Salty Caramel flavor; Nestle's 'Bliss CoffeeMate NonDairy Creamer was my preferred taste when I bought
from Grocery Store.

Trying this today. Hope it tastes as good as it looks.
I made the peppermint mocha and think I'm going to enjoy it. The creamers we buy at the market have terrible ingredients.
Lacy Baier for a Birthday cake Creamer try making it with hazelnut extract and vanilla extract because it’s delicious.
I love hazelnut so this would be my favorite recipe💛
I made this and my family and I love it !
Can you make one that's Irish mocha

@ConfusedOilPainter Thank you!
can you use corn starch instead of arrowroot starch? Love your video/s!
Yes, that would work as well 👍 just make sure to dissolve it first before adding.
I have a massive bag of raisins that I had no clue what to do with. Never heard of using raisins to make a sweetened condensed milk. Can I use coconut cream to make the condensed milk? Thanks for the unique video!
I buy the organic raisins from Costco that are not coated with sugar.
Wow. Didn’t know it was this easy!!! THANK YOU 🥺🥺♥️♥️
Lacey, I’m assuming these creamers break a fast?
Moved out of America and am missing creamer! They don’t even sell half and half here haha I’m gonna have to make my own.
☕❤🤤 Do you these coffee creamers freeze well? Would love to make some ahead and freeze in mason jars, leaving some room at top of course!
If you tried that did it work out??
Can you use dates instead of raisins?
Would love a pumpkin spice recipe!!
Deadass me too.
Yes can you make Irish cream, almond joy, rum ect please
Coconut cream coffee creamer- just add coconut milk?

Yum!!! These look awesome
Love this video! Where’s you get the bottles to store them in? so cute!
Aren’t they so cute?? I got them on amazon. Just search glass milk bottles 😊
@@laceybaier_ I've bought heavy cream glass containers from Sprouts which makes a nice container when you've used up the heavy cream.

Maybe a silly question but can I substitute the arrowroot for self raising flour???
Can you use the raisins more than once?
I have a couple questions. I am on low carb diet. The arrowroot is very high in carbs. Is there any lower carb ingredients that could be substituted? Also, once you make it, can it be frozen? Xanthum gum would work!
Can I send these in the mail?
Thanks
Do you toss the raisins or use them in a different recipe?
What do you do with the raisins ? And what are the measurements for everything?
I think I will made mine to oatmeal and/or cereals. If you have chickens or other farm animals, they'd probably love it.
I have tasted oreo cookie creamer but have been trying to make for months with no success. Any thoughts
Yes I'd like to know how to make sugar cookie creamer
Does it produce thick froth?
Not as thick as the artificially thickened creamers, but def a nice texture.
With the starch, can we use a corn starch or baking powder or soda??
I think cornstarch would work fine but not baking powder or baking soda. baking powder or baking soda would make it taste funny.
Hi. Great video. Where did you buy the small bottles? Thank you 🙏🏾
Thanks!! They’re on amazon 👍

Do we have to use that kind of starch starch or will any starch do?
This was so interesting 👍
Can you make Irish mocha without sugar can you please give me the recipe if you have one I love Irish mocha coffee
Can I use heavy whipping cream and add the hazelnut extract and get the same results??
You could - I’d look for organic half and half though for a cleaner option 👍

What can you add to get the caramel flavor? I have sugar free Torani caramel flavor liquid? Is that still healthy to add?

Because it's all natural and doesnt have all the preservatives to help it keep.
Smith Family Ranch Oh okay. So its spoilage is microorganisms related
How much Sugar is in this.?? It seems really high sugar content for those watching that.
Very good question. Raisins are high in sugar so could be a problem for sugar watchers.
