Hi Patrick I hope your issue has been resolved... But in that case you will have to contact dstv customer support they will further assist you with that issue. Note that there are people stealing customers information and using them to register fake accounts. I m sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Go to My Products on the website and select the package you would like to manage. Look for the Disconnect icon and schedule your disconnection. You can also do this on the MyDStv App and via WhatsApp....

For me I shows only 7 channels
I have seen that problem before... It's usually caused by missed payment or the app needs resetting.
Is not working on my phone
First you need to connect to the wifi then once you are connected to the vuma wifi follow my steps if you not connected this process doesn't work...
