Hi I'm trying to watch bigbrother and when I clicked on it it showed me a blank screen or when I click tv guide it tells me an error has occurred
Look for “live tv” then find the channel
On live TV it says no content available
My decoder does not have smart card so how do i do it

Yeah same here i only watch news n sport other channel dont appear on my channels when i go to tv guide on the setting they r there but it just keep on loading
I just tried it now, and it works.
If you go under live tv you should see all the channels, and then make sure the channels you’re watching are available on your DStv package
Or just check if there’s an update for your app
