I really enjoy the simplicity of this. Love how you can set up on the fly and the deck is away from the queens for the reveal. Definite go to effect for me.

Card trick was nice. The thing you're promoting is easy to make for a decently knowledgeable person to make -- I've made one larger than that but I engineered with a arduino, the power and core was hidden well. I snaked the power to the speaker and gave it a decent paint job. Drove my brother insane for a month because it was a random cricket noise in random intervals in his kitchen -- usually 40 minutes to 2 hours apart. He eventually tore his whole house down to find it but still didn't. In the end he suspected me and demanded me to remove it. When I went to remove it he yelled at me, "I ALREADY CHECKED THERE!"

Love it, love it! Simple to set right in front of the spectator, and yet sooo deceptive...
I love the kind of tricks, where the audience thinks that the magician screwed up
is the camera work too good? its the second time I've caught a glimpse of an extra card in hand, which unraveled the trick for me....
Add a double backed red/blue in this routine and when you reach the 3rd count and the double is on bottom, ask what color are the backs we are using. They answer blue, turn the entire packet over and flash the red back (from the gimmicked card) and do one final count revealing their chosen card. Another variation, have the “backs” of the queens all 4 of spades during final reveal.
Packet trick by Jerry Somerdin called “You Must have been Drinking” uses this idea with an even better ending. Sadly, it is out of print but Scamstuff could replicate the effect and sell it.
I really enjoyed this twist on a similar trick. The part I lived the most is the fact your guest is wearing a Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis shirt 🤣

The infinite meow and the infinite cricket are what I needed to sneak near the bedroom windows of the neighbors who would launch fireworks at 7pm every night all summer long. Thankfully, I don't live in that neighborhood anymore.

I don't get the explanation of this at all
Where did u get lost?
1. Have them pick a card
2. Put it on top
3. Pretend to shuffle it, but keep in on top
4. Tell them u need help from 4 cards (and while you do that, take a look at the card you have on top)
5. Take the 4 cards that are gonna "help you" and put them on top of the deck face up (the deck is face down). The suit that is the same as their card goes at the bottom of the 4.
6. (Meanwhile you had your pinky between the top card and the deck)
7. Pick the 4 cards up from the top (and because you had your pinky break, you will actually pick up 5 cards. With their card face down and the other 4 will be face up)
8. Now just run the routine, hiding a card each time with the face down card.
9. After u went through all 3, take the face down card and flip it!

how does the chosen card go face down to begin with?
@@JohnnyLaRue The whole deck is facedown after u got the 4 cards out. U place those 4 cards face up on the face down deck. (Remember the top card is the chosen card). And when u pick up the "4" cards ur actually picking up 5 cards (4 face up and 1 face down, the top one from the deck).
