      If you have a torn labrum and medical cleared to do rehab, this video will give you a better starting point.

    Hi Zach. I am thinking I should get a bench as so many of your exercises incorporate one. What factors should be considered: do they come height adjustable and is that a good feature? Any other qualities/measurements I should consider? Thank you.

      Hi Mary. I think adjustable height is important. Also if it is heavy, wheels to roll it. Ones that can incline may be a good feature as well. The one in the video is just the basic model on Amazon however.
