This video truly hits home a year and a half ago, I wish I had this wisdom. I navigated through Hell, emerged stronger, and became a more aware man. After 9 years of marriage and 4 kids, I almost lost it all. It took pulling myself out of the fog and fighting for my life and marriage. Men, it’s time to execute your aspirations - your wife believes in you. Your kids want to see you lead and do great things. Thanks, Pat, for your impactful work. Wishing you, your family, and team a blessed New Year!
( Isaiah 5:20 ) ➜ Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter! ( Proverbs 17:15 ) ➜ He who justifies the wicked and he who condemns the righteous are both alike an abomination to the Lord ( Exodus 22:2 ) ➜ If a thief is found breaking in and is struck so that he dies, there shall be no bloodguilt for him ( Psalm 11:5 ) ➜ The Lord tests the righteous, but his soul hates the wicked and the one who loves violence.
Pat hit it out of the park with this one. Im 30 years old.. I reached out to my Father to have a relationship after 10 years of not speaking to Him. I love my father, But I do not admire him at all.
At the expense of looking like an idiot bc I am commenting at 2:10 & you could have corrected yourself afterwards, I’m going to pushback on something. Let me tell you. My daughter is 10 years old now & without a doubt I admired her when she was 6 & I admire her now. She is without a doubt the kindest person I’ve ever met. Adults & kids combined, she’s at the top. We moved to North Carolina from another state & her first year at the school when she was 7, she got the “Character Award” for the whole school. I looked like an IDIOT in that auditorium bc I couldn’t help but cry. I’m not sure I’ve ever been more proud of someone or some thing in my entire life. Why? Bc I haven’t always made the best decisions in life. I could have done a lot of things differently. Through the grace of God, it all worked out & life is incredible, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that there were a lot of things I could have done different. So to see her be that person I always aspired to be, is a feeling I can’t explain. Long story short, I’m not sure I admire anyone more in this life than my 10 year old little girl.
Honestly, I don't care how I'll be remembered once I am gone. King David in the book of Acts, it is said of him, he fulfilled his calling for his generation. That's what I am aiming at, fulfilling what my calling is for this generation. 'Leaving this earth somewhat better than I found it' and enjoying the ride while it lasts. 😅.
Dearest Patrick, of all your many talents, skills, accomplishments, and abilities, the thing I respect and admire about you the most is, the love and reverence you have for your family. The wisdom and sensitivity you acted upon in realizing the deep value of having the youngest member of your family, spend as much time as possible with the oldest member of your family, literally bought me, to tears. That for me is a demonstration of what a great son, husband father, and fellow human being should aspire to immulate. ❤❤😊
Patrick is a con artist what are you talking about he’s stealing money from 40,000 agents right now as we speak add people helping people he’s MLM scam what the fuck y’all are joke go do your homework that guy is a thief
You know it's different to love when a man makes a man, but if I'm the only one to love, I don't have to do the most inspired love is the man who has a stand and I don't want a man who needs to invest before I can be loved? This is not what suits my heart if love is solid, the relationship does not include money matter and I don't want to insult myself and I am not in a hurry.
I loved and admired my dad, he commanded respect, hard worker, worked till he was 82 and went blind. I lost him, it'll be a year the 30th of this month. Years ago I had a counselor say something that stuck with me. He said do you wanna be that sob when you die they say good riddance to and can't wait to put you in the grave, or do you wanna be the person that they're clinging on to the casket and don't wanna let you go.
@@heywella he was ready to go, I'm a Christian and for the first time in my life, I experienced joy in my sorrow, I was able to see the blessings around me after that happened. Still there are what I call the constant reminders, like when I go to the grocery store and see the things he used to have me get. I was blessed though, I got to be with him everyday till the end.
He passed over an important part at the beginning. For all too many people, they won't respect you if they don't fear you. Be a good person, be honorable and never cheat anyone, all that, but for a larger percentage of people out there than most want to admit, if they don't fear that you'll be able to do something to them, they won't respect you and will take advantage.
Thank you Patrick, I needed your message today. Been using my past glories and feeling sorry for myself because of my age and health, I admire my kids because despite their challenges they work very hard. Time for me to step up. All the best to you and your family, you are really showing your leadership and it does matter.
Every day is a blessing from births to death. I have 2 sons, 20 and 23, and I love and respect them as they do us! Married 31 years gone thru hell and back and still love and honor each. Out life is not driven by money but love and respect. My parents were married 62 yrs when mom died, now dad (89) is living in a small home on back property. He worked his ass off and raised 5 good children. We're blessed to have each other.
i like this guys voice so much, Im surrounded by people who just arent motivated to do shit in life and hearing this man speak is such a breath of fresh all the time
OMG at my age at almost 80 years young I admire and pay close attention to what the young have to say and do. On a human level I admire Mr. Patrick Bet-David. A lot of wisdom coming from this man and the wisdom is deep with love in opinion. I am now in this life at this time as an older person just an observer but still keen to lear. Like most of us the young are learning during this time of their life like most of us do. For me they are growing up in a time that I did not and therefore their thoughts and their desires will be different than mine. If I can share anything in my world and what I have learnt as an older person it is to be the observer of all people and to never stop learning and use that learning in life to make the world a better place. Is it not true if we judge another than we judge ourselves. In my opinion to stop learning and not having an open mind is to die. I plan to be around for a very long time.
Personally, I could care less what the world thinks of me when my work is done, and I am welcomed by Jesus. I only want my family to remember me and all I do for them.
After losing my wife 3 years ago I've had to unpack alot . I sacrificed everything for my family It's taken time to change my train of thought. I will remain selfless, and giving my all to the benefit of others and this land. I want no recognition for what I do and never have. I love the life I lead and being a minimalist I need nothing to remain at my passing .
I love this guy. I would love to meet you Patrick. My name is Patrick aswell. I.have spent my whole life being a victim. And I would love to learn from you. Thank you for the hard truth. I admire that
Thank you Patrick, youre right . In our language we used to say , we ask you how are you ? And Not how was you Yesterday or in the Past. The Future Looks bright . I Salute you
Sometimes even we as leaders need a coach. A great coach keeps pushing you hard, and even further when you think you have nothing left. Thank you for this message helping to helping to realign focus.
Weak people admiration turns to jealousy anvy lust anxiety or complex of inferiority leaened helplessness . So i will never Put anyone i do not admire in my life anymore . Especially when i plant a seed in peoples minds, they grow to bare the fruits and start a solo journey to fulfill their ego at the moment i admire them the most ...
I'm in love with God more today than I could before. I admire myself to where I got for the hard work I put in. I admire my husband for our teamwork today.. Commitment. I admire my kids for their successful choices for their future. I wish the best for my mom. She battles with health issues. I appreciate and admire this channel and all others for the information that you and everyone gives for people like me. Motivation and Hope for the future.
Fear doesn't last forever. Love doesn't imply respect. Respect for a person, because of their character and integrity, that lasts. Until they break their integrity.
I literally do admire my kids. I raised the kids others respect. My 19 year old. Star football/ basketball player in our small town. When he started football we had no tv stations. He had never seen a football game and didn’t own a football. He lettered all 4 years of high school. And while that is cool and everything what I RESPECT is my son reached his hand out for EVERY underdog along the way. Not just his hand but he has stopped fights to protect. MORE than all of that, my kids financially carry themselves. He dabbled in day trading at 15 with money he earned working. He built that to pay for his first car, 1 year car insurance AND bought a friend (who I didn’t even KNOw) a car because his parents couldn’t help him at 16. My son took him food from our house for YEARS! At 19 that boy lives w us and my kids EXPECT him to be treated as an equal to them even knowing that lowers what they get. This is the 2nd chosen son in our family. My ex husband and I raised an extra who is literally listed in my will as an equal per my biological children’s permission and expectations! I am waiting the day they ask the 2nd to be added. My 16 year old daughter out moms me daily 😂 while working 20 hours a week and school. I just got back from a weekend trip to her having bought a new bathroom rug set and 4 towels for the bathroom she uses?? What 16 year old does that?? She has had an IRA since she was 14. And she speared organizing a collection at work to bless a co worker (teen) whose only parent is dying of cancer. She is treasurer of two clubs and class president. It may not seem like a big deal to you but I didn’t have a single friend in school. So how she did this 🤷🏼♀️ My youngest (14)looks up to his brother and he will argue the defense of every kid that has brokenness in their life. He protects. In 2020 he found out 1 of his friends for years, who is a foster kid since 6 had never had a birthday party. My son put on the biggest 13th party for him our little town could do in a world shutdown situation. Further he is pissed at me because I don’t plan to take the newest chosen child on a boat floating over to the Bahamas MOSTLY because we are at and perhaps already over max capacity. He says “how do you think that will make him feel to me?!?!” 😂 I am ready to give up my seat to keep the respect of my 14 year old who adamantly defends his big brothers buddy. And yes my oldest did surprise the newest chosen son w a flight along w him to FL this past summer. We met him there via car to check him into the hotel. Though we didn’t stay. The boy had never flown and had used my dress bag as a suitcase 😅 God bless him. He had never seen a hotel on the beach in his life. At this point I am hustling to stay ahead of the good my kids do. And Patrick my oldest (and I) has been watching you for years. We often converse about your topics. Thank you for helping me raise them. ❤ There are so many who don’t have access to the mindset you bring to the table. What you do matters!!
I lead my life on spiritual lines. It just happens and people respond accordingly. I have few expectations and because I'm on a spiritual path I usually abandon self will and let God's will drive the car. Happy New Year Pat, I enjoy your broadcasts.
The Value,Entertainment, Political information, & the guest on both sides you bring to find what we all have in common is next to none in this podcast game.
I needed to hear this. I’ve been trying to get a promotion at work for years, had multiple interviews, and have another one in 2 days. I keep talking about my past accomplishments - which I’ve received many kudos from upper management- but it’s not parlaying into a promotion. So I’m going to work on my mindset and think about the value I can bring the table today as opposed to what I have done these past 4 years.
Your comment really stood out to me as I am a Career Success Coach and Talent Strategist. If the company values you, then this could work really well: “I have been approached by other companies regarding a higher leadership level opportunity, yet I remain committed to my team and continuing to add value for years to come.” Then state: “As a kind refresher, here are my major accomplishments that have positively impacted the team in the past few years AND This is my plan for the next 1-3 years if I continue to grow here… Then ask - receiving a promotion and continuing to grow is super important to me, when can I expect a promotion?” If there’s push back or hesitation on their end…then it could be time to move on and add value elsewhere where you are also more valued as an individual.
Good stuff to start the year on. 2024 will be a year of direction an discipline. Time to reap rewards. Thank you VT and PBD for all the goodness and value you add to the world.
Thank you Patrick 💕 if I write a list of all my accomplishments in life. I wouldn’t have enough room here to keep writing. As a mom, I feel totally in peace with God and family because I did a lot of good on them and people who are not in my family circle. I feel deeply blessed and grateful because I know my Lord Jesus loves me. Everything is not about cash only. Have a Happy New Year 🙏🏼
If I ever travel back in time and go back to school, I will present my PowerPoint presentations this way. He sounds like he got not only a 10 out of 10, but also extra marks in the final exams!
Love or admired? With all due respect, it doesn't matter what others think. We shouldn't care. We should care ONLY what the good God thinks of us. If people truly care about how others perceive you, you are focused on the wrong thing. Give love to all, as Christ did for all of humanity, and don't care about this world. Peace be with you, David. ✝️
I don't care about 'being rememberd', by other people. The greatest understanding is to rememder/wake up to your own true nature. The ultimate prize and you already have/are it but don't know it, yet.
Thank you for challenging me today. Unfortunately today, people just want to have "safe-spaces" of which I believe is weakening us. If people were challenged more often, they would be forced to adapt, and as a result, would became a better version of themselves.
Great message, but most importantly a message that is so needed in this point in time and frequently forgotten by even many of those who want to be admired! In last couple of videos I watched, it feels to me that PBD has shifted gears again and now the sky's the limit. Grateful to have this access to your way of life (from family relations through business, to life's philosophy) and be inspired on all levels of life!
My three favorite channels: Valuetainment, Stock Brotha, & How Money Works. Make my week complete. 🔥 🔥 🔥
As Kafka said it, “I’ve realized life is a masquerade party and I’ve been showing up as myself”
Mmmmm...truth
Yea but his myself was already a masquerade...
Wow
Franz was a party animal?
Beautiful 😮 mind blown
I want to be ADMIRED primarily for my LOVE of others (John 13:35). I’ve learned this over 57 years of life.
These are the subjects everyone avoids but needs to hear. Best of luck in 2024!
I do admire my son. After all these years.... He smarter than me, he's better than me. And he always will be.
You raised him well. Give credit to yourself for how he is and what he accomplishes

Well said. Perhaps everything PBD said in this video is perfect advice, but for him alone and for those who want to emulate him.
As a 28 year old guy, this is exactly what I needed to hear.
I admire my mother!!!! It took a long time. But she's one of my main heros.
Make sure you seek the most high. This world is temporary. What is unseen is ETERNAL

If you want their admiration, you must keep your heart beating today
live from the heart
Thanks, Pat! You could've been anywhere else doing anything else. I admire you today.

You’re only as good as your last shift
That’s a story of endless struggle
Gotta love life 👌
Yes, never build equity. It's always "what did you do for me today?" An endless treadmill until death.

Not sure if I’ll be loved or admired by anyone, I might be hated by a few. I just hope the Lord is real and has mercy in my soul.

Then ask - receiving a promotion and continuing to grow is super important to me, when can I expect a promotion?”
If there’s push back or hesitation on their end…then it could be time to move on and add value elsewhere where you are also more valued as an individual.
Feared.
The only thing I can say is thank you!
I continue to learn things from Mr Patrick Bet David. I appreciate the insight and sharing of the knowledge.
Hard truths for many, but it is what you do today that matters
Just stared your new book: Know Your Enemies and absolutely love it! Thank you

Wow, I absolutely loved this message. Thank you Patrick. Amazing, amazing, amazing!
Admired...period in a good way.
Very interesting. Thanks and have a great 2024.
Good stuff to start the year on. 2024 will be a year of direction an discipline. Time to reap rewards. Thank you VT and PBD for all the goodness and value you add to the world.
I feel like if you are loved, you are already admired, so I guess I'll go with love.
Patrick, thank you. I almost didn't write this message. But you know what i needed to hear this.
I ADMIRE YOU PATRICK , thank you for your amazing videos , God bless you and your beautiful family .
Have a Happy New Year 🙏🏼
You know what’s better than being a mom? Being a wife
Leading amongst leaders that’s powerful. ✅
If I ever travel back in time and go back to school, I will present my PowerPoint presentations this way.
He sounds like he got not only a 10 out of 10, but also extra marks in the final exams!
I don’t want to be remembered. I only want to be true in my heart
Love transcends admiration
I admire Joseph Bet David.
Well said!
Everyone is forgotten within a few generations.
Thank you very much for that message, it's as hard as life can be. But it's needed to succeed.
Wow, solid msg PBD. 🤯The good Lord was speaking some of your points to me a few days ago. Intentionality and action. Blessings
Thank you agah Patrick. Happy New Year to you and your family.
thank you for putting this question out ❤ people forget and don' t think about it really
Great PBD
I don't care about 'being rememberd', by other people. The greatest understanding is to rememder/wake up to your own true nature. The ultimate prize and you already have/are it but don't know it, yet.
“Would I rather be feared or loved? Easy. Both. I want people to be afraid of how much they love me.” - Michael Scott
Thank you for challenging me today. Unfortunately today, people just want to have "safe-spaces" of which I believe is weakening us. If people were challenged more often, they would be forced to adapt, and as a result, would became a better version of themselves.
May Jesus grant you eternal life 🙏✝️
Thanks for the massage PBD the world need this
Thank you for saying what Jesus try to teach be better than yesterday improving is the key of growing
PATRICK, THANK YOU FOR YOUR RECOMMENDATION OF THE YOUR "AMAZING GRACE" VIDEO, I LOVE IT.
To be respected would be my pick. I'm not bothered about being liked tbh.
I like this video. I don't think being admired is a huge priority at all. Being as effective as possible is more my focus.
I admired you has a man today, my respect!
Happy New Years Pat!!
Loved
Thanks Pat!! Happy, successful New Year!
