I feel like the disconnect in the video with a lot of cyclists is 1. Most cycling in the states we actually have bike lanes and some form of uniformity with pedestrian crossings. This would be more common place in areas where cycling is seen as a means of transportation outside of leisure, so I'm sure a lot of these cyclists ride with the flow of traffic a lot more aggressively being that the streets aren't as smooth and paved as some cities in the states like Chicago (though we got hella potholes). On the other hand, I can see the point of being safe on the roads, but I like a little danger within reason from time to time, as long as you got the skills to pay the bills....
I bought a road bike because of Safa, he made road riding look so much fun. But I'm a careful person that wants some more time to do certain things in life so I for now I will stick to safe roads, sidewalks and gravel, Great video though !

This one and Toni Rodriguez Hotline in the BX were some of the most insane I've seen
That little run between 5:36 and 6:36 had me like 😵
You may have great skills.. but I’m sure you won’t live long if you continue to do this.
Are you the authority in this?
Haters going hate. Ain'ters going ain't.
unlikely they'll live long enough for that, better to burn out than fade away
@@TerryB You are an asshole, and I say that as someone who commutes on a bike. Start following the traffic rules and yield to pedestrians at the crosswalk.
And we will all be better off for it
That’s how we rode back in Jamaica. The conditions are very similar except you use the “wrong” side of the road ☺️.
I’m older now, I know better. I don’t ride like that anymore.
The lead out guy should have a camera too.
I agree, most cyclists aren't like this. If you add bike lanes these are not the people that will show up to ride.
I bought a road bike because of Safa, he made road riding look so much fun. But I'm a careful person that wants some more time to do certain things in life so I for now I will stick to safe roads, sidewalks and gravel, Great video though !
