Remember how Axl started out, living in extreme poverty, often homeless, hungry, no clothes, people ripping off the band, not paying them for gigs etc. Not all gravy.
It looks like the fencing along the side of Axl's house is in poor shape. Like it's falling down in some places and would be really easy to jump over. You would think with all of Axl's money he would have that fence repaired and improved to keep people out!

Some can't/won't agree and it can end up a serious legal dispute in court, as you are not given the option of refusing your neighbour's request for new fence, on negotiate the type of fence, withing government guidelines and cost involved. For a property like Axl's place, the new fence would be a very costly project the neighbour may not wish to agree to and, if planning on selling a property, eg to downsize in senior years, why bother? Let the buyer pay for a new f ence.

But Axl only in airports or leaving the show. Even in the hotels they stay in while touring it is very hard to find this guy. Anyway I wish you luck and if it happen please tell us how you did.
