My estimate for the traffic was "teens, tops". Seems like I wasn't too wrong. 3:00 To future prove things and maybe get another way to the industry, I'd have changed it into a 4 way intersection right then and there. But those lane mathematics take next to no time at all so there's that. 9:16 same with this one. 13:49 it was just a matter of time for that connection to go, wasn't it. 19:45 maybe tunneling under the winter market would have been an interesting alternative? I know you don't like tunnels that much but at that place it could have been an interesting solution esp. as there's a small hill anyways. 21:15 "Spaghetti Central" certainly needs more noodle nests with connecting lines of sauce if you catch my drift. Too bad you didn't reach 80%+ but incredible job otherwise. I guess spreading out the industry, adding better train acces and maybe putting busses back in, would have done the job.
That remaining 20% was mostly because of the city design, those long roads all connecting to the main road creating a lot of junctions. I think the video contains enough info and tips for the original builder to fix it himself. Although let's be honest, if he's been watching Biffa and still builds his city like this, then... i don't know.

Yeah something abt this seems off. Youre telling me this person has probably watched the channel for a while to be comfortable enough to send in a map, yet it doesnt seem like they have learned anything from biffa at all
I've made this mistake before... It wasn't nearly as bad, given there were multiple entrances and exits out of the areas But Even with pretty decent road networks, At a certain point, if you have EVERYONE living over here, and they ALL gotta go to work across town It gets overwhelmed pretty fast. Your traffic fix videos are always a lot of fun. First it's interesting to see what other people are doing and trying to figure out how it happened, why, etc. In this case, I think a whole lot of the traffic problem was related to the toll booth and not having a connection that went right to where people wanted to go. So many people wanted to go in and head left, and none of the roads supported it. Anyway, a suggestion for you. How about making a Biffa Traffic Challenge Map? Give us something to try to fix, give us an amount of time, and let's see who gets the best results.

The only way I've found to make large and dense, split-zoned cities work in vanilla is by using ring roads and lots of public transport with main highways that connect everything. We need traffic manager on consoles!

theres some things you never do that i see in real world cities, like multiple level highways or tunnels. like you couldve respected their christmas market location and run a tunnel under it someway
That highway junction from the city into the industrial area and north wasn't connected from west to north :O
