A very thoughtful and well balanced critique. The fact that you went back and did such a huge portion on the game again and still enjoyed it speaks volumes. This is one of those MMOs I played from release and still have many fond memories of, even though I stopped during Stormblood. Though I am still tempted to see Shadowbringers story. I might be the only one that misses having to level multiple lower jobs to unlock your true role later on. Man did I love finally becoming a Dragoon when this game first released, it felt so classic FF.😄 Well done mate, this was a fantastic review.
Thanks mate! I do sort of miss having access to some cross skill abilities tbh. Added a little bit of depth and customisation. But the state of the game is pretty healthy right now in terms of balance so, swings and roundabouts :P
Absolutely fantastic video buddy 👍 I'm definitely convinced to give this game a try now, especially with the generous free trial, I'm not sure when I'll have time but it's definitely on the list of games to play, definitely above some of my others now too though. Couple of side notes too: 1. I really appreciate that all lore and everything you need to understand the game is IN THE GAME that is awesome. 2. The soundtrack sounds absolutely fantastic, love the tracks you picked out, definitely a soundtrack I will not mind listening to while playing at all!
