2,000 miles on a BMW? It's not even broken in. You can often get the better car over the new model even if it's pre-owned. @@NewDesignVinylGraphics 6 different BMW's? sounds like you sold them off before having any serious issues. Even actual BMW owners know (not 3 series) but M variant owners know it's not a cake walk to enjoy that much power with plastic engine components. They are not designed to be owned for more than a few years problem free. BMW's are lease cars. I wouldn't bother used. Especially if the previous owner tracked them.

Man, I am debating getting either a cert. pre-owned 2018 430i Gran Coupe ( need 4 doors for the kids) or a 2021 Kia K5 GT. Ugh, decisions. A little help here. Lol
Went to their site do not list price - dealer says "Recent Price Drop Reduced by $9,450 since 04/13/2020". Went to Autotrader to look up CPO and this whip can be had for 28-32 grand. Pretty sweet deal considering the MSRP. This is why you buy pre-owned.
Got 2021 430i today for $650/month 15,000 miles lease with bunch of extras. Who wants to buy a used old BMW to deal with all the problems when it is so much cheaper just to lease a brand new car from Germany with free maintenance and full warranty? Add lease protection and can drop it with worn tires and broken windshield. BMW depreciates like nothing else, 50% in 3 years. Why to lock yourself in owning one? Bring it back 3 years later and get another one from factory.
BMW CPO cars are a good deal to an extent. My 2019 430i gran coupe was only 7 months used as an "executive demo" with 9k miles and cost me 65% of the new sticker. Just saying, for the price of a new Camry or Acord, you get BMW fun. I think the value prop curve declines sharply after several years because BMW do suddenly breakdown without much warning, and you may be calling for a tow, i hope it's a sunny day and the tow arrives soon, but i speak from experience that s**t will happen. This is my 3rd BMW, but I try to anticipate normal stuff and cross fingers for the unexpected. If you want an appliance, go get a Camry.
Love the channel and respect your reviews. However not sure where you are going with older model years,. More so, why are you reviewing used cars if you don’t also spend some time hitting likely maintenance areas or trouble spots. That’s what is really on used car buyers’ minds, besides a fair price.

Bro so true but finally made my own money to get one of these bad boys, cant stop on the price i found one 2016 under 20k.
@@animaecks4161 that’s dope. How’s it been treating you so far?
I bought this exact 430i in this video last year in June with under 4k miles and fully loaded for 35k. 0 problems so far!
@@ErockHQ not what i expected i traded it for a 330i 2018 and got a little money out of it
I was ready to buy this car until you popped the hood... If it had the I6 engine I would have driven down and picked it up today!
Fr I could’ve sworn it can in a i6?! I’ll take a M240i over this
I also find the MPG are under rated on the sticker. I get MUCH better MPG.
Used 911’s be good to see 👍
L♥️VE my 2 Dr BMW 430i convertible ❣️
That is so awesome to hear Pamela!
Yes sir, I Love my 440i. It's a great drivers car.
I am so glad to hear Patrick! Thanks for letting me share it with you!
Keep it up joe 👏🏻
AAA 27 thanks man!
Raiti's Rides im form Albania and i see every video you post .. hard work pays off 👍🏻
Looking for a 340i xDrive m sport with the executive package and red interior. But those are rare.
That is rare! Give Alan a call they might be able to help.
Hey Raiti, can you please talk about the checklist before buying a used or certified car. We as consumer have a better understanding and confident.
I will get that together for you!
Love the 4 series Joe
I am go glad! I think this one is a cream puff!
@@RaitisRides keep up the good work Joe
That 430 is just a 2 door 330. Unless I could score a great deal on it, my inclination is one could get a better equipped 330 new. Plus, you'd probably get the virtual gauges.
This is true
We are " HAPPY " thanks 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Due to the lack of hours I'm going to have to let go by 17 Accord Sport with 29000 miles on it special edition going to miss it :-( but you hang in there Joe you'll get that gt350r I know you will
:(
Yeah man I went to the dealership yesterday they actually snapped a lug nut off thorn in my oil change anyways I got to bring it back on Monday for that and see how much they'll give it for me I still have a 2018 Murano with 20,000 on it Platinum
@@garynapoli3042 Nice
In my opinion, I would lease a brand new one to just get it out of my system that way I won't have to worry about repairs in the long run.
I totally agree with you! Smart move!
I actually want one. But I want the convertible with awd. Think about top-down motoring on a warm March day when there’s snow on the ground.
That would be wonderful!
Buy a motorcycle. Save tens of thousands of dollars.
I ZONK you for putting your logo covering the tachometer but then losing it for a while 🤣🤣🤣!!
Sorry brother! LOL
"the car for the people that like to complain about maintenance being too expensive"
Just traded my fully loaded 2020 M340i with 850 miles on the odometer. Took a beating $62k-> 46k. These cars really depreciate! Upgraded to 2020 M4 CS which I’m sure will depreciate too. But this ones a keeper!
Dang!!!! Thats crazy
Woah. Sweet upgrade though man congrats
Sounds like you have money to burn. Good for you.
Cg3 Not at all! I figured since I lost over 900k in my investments, I would pull the plug and buy the car I have been saving for. The good news is the market is rebounding well! So losses are much less for the time being! I hope your doing well and be safe out there!💪🏻
BMW's are ticking time bombs
Not really just dont buy v8 engines no makes an inline 6 better than bmw ask Toyota if you dont believe me
@@truevhazo4001 only the v6 3 or 4 series last. No 4cyl turbo.
@@truevhazo4001 it's not the engine that I'm talking about. It's all the components that surround the engine.
Not really. The older N/A engines are much more unreliable than the modern twin turbo engines.
@@brian4407 yeah well, when you rail on the thing like mad because you wanna be the big shot in the beemer, making all your friends jealous, any car is gonna go to shit. If you don't do that, then it's called routine maintenance.
Please do the 440i that would be a great video for comparison
I will get that together for you!
By the way, I enjoy Scotty Kilmer reviews, and yes, luxury/premium German cars are more expensive to maintain than Kia, Honda, Toyota, VW, Nissan...
Good looking car
Im thinking about grabbing one with xdrive but I’m torn between ‘15 & ‘18. Or a ‘12 650i hardtop😂
I almost got up I think a 15 3 years ago 435 with some m packages on it

Sad Toast too bad with bmw these days your getting a bunch of cheesy m badging wether you like it or not!
@@unklecorky2181 yeeeaaaah I don't like that either kinda of a ricer thing... I agree with you there ... But yo compare this to the BMWs of the early 2000s the style has aged and changed nicely you can easily identify a BMW quick just at a passing glance
Give me this 430i in a E46 body and with a naturally aspirated 3.0l and I would say YES 😂
I like the way that you think!
I would wait for the new 4 series considering the g20 340i makes 380hp
I totally agree with you!
BMW stands for bring my wallet lol
Kool Kitties Wrong. I’m 23 have owned like 6 different bmws and currently own an F30 335i. Never ever had issues with ANY of them. Just replacing Rear tires, oil changes and brakes. Worst thing was the plugs on my 328i which I did myself in like 2 hours... more like bring your brain and educate yourself how to work on the car you own.
Sounds like you haven’t owned it for a few years yet
Likun Jian I’ve owned the same bmw for 5 years now , and not a single problem 😂
Likun Jian No, but I have for over a year now . My friend has an N55 e92 with over 250,000km and it still runs mint!!
2016 BMW 340i f30

I completely understand why this BMW only has a little over 2k miles....
Joe the wind sound is absolutely terrible in this video. Do you not review them before posting? Can you do anything about that
Hey Ken- I am sorry about that. I totally missed it when editing. It is not wind noise. It's interference and can be cleared out. Once again I apologize!
Lol tough crowd!
I would just wait for the new G22 4 series. I believe it's gonna be much improved over this f series.

Gonna cop one of these I’m not even 22 yet 😂

@@RaitisRides understood. no problem. love your reviews!
Seems like a promo video rather than a useful review, you mentioned nothing of the maintenance costs.
Went to their site do not list price - dealer says "Recent Price Drop
Reduced by $9,450 since 04/13/2020". Went to Autotrader to look up CPO and this whip can be had for 28-32 grand. Pretty sweet deal considering the MSRP. This is why you buy pre-owned.
Thanks for listing that! You are so very right!
2020 7 series next joe
What’s the 0-60 Speed ?

Love the channel and respect your reviews. However not sure where you are going with older model years,. More so, why are you reviewing used cars if you don’t also spend some time hitting likely maintenance areas or trouble spots. That’s what is really on used car buyers’ minds, besides a fair price.
