People get a few things wrong with this plan, but if you do it right it's crazy results. Ketosis kicks in roughly 12-16 hours of fasting. That means no food, no sugar, no cream in your coffee, no gum... nothing but water and black coffee. You want to time this proper so the most active part of your day, (your 9-5) is in ketosis. People get it wrong and think eating during the day when they are active is better but it's not, because that only puts you in ketosis when you go to sleep and aren't active at all. If you eat once a day at 5-6 pm you can wake up in a state of ketosis for your 8 hour day and that's when this works wonders FAST. Timing is key.

Would 5-6 PM be in the middle of the day from when you wake up and go to sleep?

What if you eat at 4 pm and workout at 5:20? I do kickboxing

@citizenfoffie7605 6 pm meal ensures you wake up with atleastv12 hours of fasting state so you are in ketosis when you go to work and also reach autophagy.

    Impressive weight loss man!
The best tip for weight loss I've ever heard was get a hobby that makes you loose track of time. When you only eat so much in a day, it helps to have something that takes away those times where you would eat out of boredom, so working something fun into your new lifestyle, alongside activity and healthy eating, will really make a difference

It depended on the day. There's no rule for that, but try to be as regular as possible, it's easier.

He didn't eat energy bars or crap like chips. But he did eat mangos like crazy, dried bananas and stuffs for dessert, and pistachios because he likes it.
You have to eat until you're full. And with time, you get full very fast! Your stomach will adopt the new rythm very quickly. So you don't have too much space for dessert.
