When you only eat so much in a day, it helps to have something that takes away those times where you would eat out of boredom, so working something fun into your new lifestyle, alongside activity and healthy eating, will really make a difference

He didn't eat energy bars or crap like chips. But he did eat mangos like crazy, dried bananas and stuffs for dessert, and pistachios because he likes it. You have to eat until you're full. And with time, you get full very fast! Your stomach will adopt the new rythm very quickly. So you don't have too much space for dessert.
