In 78 I was madly in love with two Alison’s Alison Neild and Alison from Aldersht dry ski slope
I saw him in Manhattan on the Hudson River venue outdoors in NYC in 1981. Long since gone. Only a few thousand people. It was a great concert. I wish I still had the tank top t-shirt I bought. I first heard "My funny Valentine" by a street singer at Washington Square Park in the West Village of NYC. It is surrounded by buildings owned by NYU which I attended.

I remember when this came out...1977 or 78...listening to my transistor radio at night with it under my pillow so my momster would't take it away..and AM at that....WIFI 92 in philly..WOW is THAT a memory......

I had the vhs of this concert while I was young. I was around 11-12 in 99. Such a good concert. I wanted to hear this song without the nostalgia overload of pulling out the actual tape. Ty for sharing.

@@AroncareThank goodness for RUclips on that front, am I right?! I’m 50 and I still have my mixed cassette tapes that I made by keeping a blank in my radio and once you hear the first note of a song you like, quickly hitting the record button! The best was when the DJ would tell you what was coming up. Then a station in my area came out with ‘Rock Block Weekends’. It started after 5pm on Fridays and go straight through till Sunday night where they’d play 3 songs in a row from the same artist. That would fill up a blank so fast! 😂 Damn! This comment was about avoiding nostalgia and there I go getting waist deep in it! 🤣😂
