Other countries would be flattered and happy for the tourist dollars but you're Brits so you mock them. This attitude makes people think Brits feels their country is a dump and are shocked anyone wants to visit.
I'm not entirely sure of the source of the BBC hatred here: they've branched out into new media (something they've previously been critiqued for NOT doing) and use snapchat regularly for myriad reasons. Today for example their story was chronicling presidential candidates; I'm sure you wouldn't complain about that - would you? The glory of snapchatting and other methods of online communication is that we can be presented with many, many, many things in whatever way we desire and that is certainly not a drawback.
+KingEurope1 state run (people funded) NHS: regularly conducts costly experimental testing that is to no avail, scrapped and useless - costs millions. State run (people funded) BBC: makes a snapchat story, costs pretty much nothing; everyone goes crazy? If the matter of "saving lives is more important" is put aside, if it even needs to be, the arguments are equal. Innovation inspires growth, growth inspires change.
+Alan Partridge Its the tone that's the issue. They can use new media but must remember their standards. The BBC has been duped by several fake news stories in the last few months. It makes it obvious that they're not researching and fact checking like they used to. Since they're getting public funds they have the luxury of not jumping on every dumb story to make a quick buck off click-bait. But the success of Buzzfeed and Vice makes their formats just too tempting to resist. .
I cant believe this video is actually from the BBC, looks like the quality-control fell asleep on this one. And the topic is completely out of proportion compare to the content, he simply stalked sum1 for a day, asked them one question and took some pictures on his mobile phone. That's not news, hell that's not even worth making a video about
WTF is this? Is this even a news report? Was the question of the video even answered?
BBC getting inspiration from Buzzfeed?
Some top BBC journalism right there
what's point for this video? some rich Chinese couples want to take pre-wedding photo in London, anything else?
Rich Chinese??? Not very communist lol
was the question of the video even answered?
That was a fun video to watch on snapchat and a different way to report the story of wedding in London. The couple did look very nice in snapchat!!!!
Why not
I've seen this a lot in Paris as well; it's a bit weird, but they seem to love European culture.
Lol, they just have fun, it's not Cologne's situation with migrants
Who edited this

+KingEurope1 you appear to be ignoring the other 99.999% of all BBC output that is not snapchat stories?

+KingEurope1 that, as far as innovations go, this is one the most cost-effective for the taxpayer
