Anyone confused about the double crochet, she means an extended double crochet where you pull through one loop first, a normal double crochet where you pull through two loops and then two loops again.
So wouldn’t that be treble crochet? Which may be double crochet in other countries.

Hi, Laura, thank you for sharing, the poncho came out wonderful! I made it in navy for me and now I’ll make one in cream for my little sister. We like to have a throw over for summer dresses and T's. I could follow your pattern perfectly, but I think it should be 51 ,chains' in the beginning. But at age 69 I find always tricks to finish in a smooth way. Love from Germany, Monika ❣

Finished, love the pattern but discovered an obvious hiccup in the last row, re-read the pattern but no luck identifying the error, customized it so I didn't need to unravel the lower 1/2.

This is beautiful. If you need to make this smaller what are the number count be?
Thank you! I suggest you start with the same number of chains in the neck and then at the end you can reduce and skip some spaces making a single crochet row or garb stitch, but do not change the number. Hope my comment can help you! SEND YOU A HUG! :)

Too fast and I can not see the fingers where to put the needles you should improve here please. Make sure it's easy to follow and not much of talking. Better put the chains count on the side of the screen.
I cannot believe I made most of the poncho and then you stopped explaining clearly how to do it. I recommend not starting this project without first watching the video fully.
You talk to fast at the same time your hand is faster than you talk.
Just do not talk and show us the stitches slowly. May be we can follow you.
go to settings and slow it down.
