They're some rails made by a guy on the HK forums/fb group. I mention it in the video :) they're not sold on a website

i saw a demo ranch video and his MP7, even after being fixed, had issues running suppressed. No one else on yt seems to have mentioned it

Yeah, his is a HK built, but i think it already had some broken parts that needed to be swapped. Running suppressed does put more wear on your gun, but the issues should come after many many rounds. not the first rounds you put on it, like the T7
