This is a great, short ab routine. A few moves I have never done before. I always like to get extra abs and sometimes in the afternoon I need a break from sitting at a computer!

Seriously, because of you Chris, I have some abs back and I NEVER , ever thought that would happen in my 50's!! Finding you a little over 2 years ago (thanks again to Regina) was the best thing that ever happened!! So grateful to you!!!
Loving these workouts with you! Had foot surgery last week so your step classes are out for a few weeks (btw- you are one of the best I've ever had -thank you!) Fortunately you have many classes that I can still do in my walking boot. My little dog and I are out on my porch almost every day doing one of your classes. So glad I found you.
Wow… this was a good one! Perfect addition to any workout for a little extra burn. Loved the addition of the weight and it covered all the abdominal muscles!
As usual, I was able to find just the right workout for the type of exercise I needed and the time I had available. I was able to squeeze this in after a bike ride when I just had a few minutes. Perfect!
I did this ab workout after the arm workout and it was awesome. I love how creative you are and how you keep mixing it up. I have learned to love fitness through your videos! Thank you!!!! ❤❤🎉🎉
I remember the 1st time I did this - I had some difficulty keeping good form on some of the moves & now it was a lot easier & I think the workout was more effective. I started doing the abs before the cardio/weights workouts so I don't skip them in the end because I don't have time or I feel more tired & I think it's a great benefit for me. This is a good one. :)
Why is it that I always seem to fall for the short workouts thinking that they are easy??? 🤪 This one was short but long enough to leave your abs burning!
I knew the day would eventually come when I wanted 15 minutes of abs, and I've been saving this for a while. Today was the day. PERFECT!
