Just made these with chopped hazelnuts instead of flaked almonds, and a little less sugar because I don't like things very sweet - and they also turned out really good! so crispy and crunchy! and it was so easy to make! yay! ^_^ I'm excited to try these with flaked almonds and maybe chopped pecans in the future!

Thank you for sharing this recipe. I just made it. I added a tablespoon of baby's cereal into the mixture. They are crispy. They are easy and fast to make them. Delicious.
What is soft flour? Is it the same like cake flour? I don’t want to try until I know for sure what that flour it is, because almond is very expensive in my country.
it would still work : ) I used a well-buttered baking tray and it worked fine. Just make sure you take them off the baking tray as soon as they're done cooking (when still hot) otherwise they may stick to the tray and may be hard to remove

종이호일도 잘 떨어지긴하는데요 ㅠㅠ...?고건 일회용이고 실리콘매트(테프론시트)는 좀 오래쓸수있는 반영구적 시트일 거예요.
저는 왜 바삭하지가 않고 빵도 아닌것이 턱만 아플까요ㅠㅠ...
처음에 계란이랑 설탕 섞을때 거품나게 저으면 그렇더라구요 흰자 멍울만 풀어주는 느낌으로 최대한 거품안나게 M자 모양으로 저어주면 괜찮아요! 그리고 당연히 팬닝은 얇게 해주셔야 좋아요 따른 영상에선 반죽 2시간 휴지시키라고 해서 따라했더니 바삭하게 잘 나왔어요~
저도 어제 만들었는데 바삭함을 생각했는데 고무마냥 질겨서 당황...ㅋㅋ다시 해봐야겠어요
