I just put a flat-stick MGW in my C6 last weekend, and it changes the whole feel of driving the car (and other than the "clicking" of going into gear, mine doesn't make a single bit of noise). Even if you plan on leaving your 'Vette stock, this is one mod I would very highly recommend. You can always revert it back if you really wanted to, but I couldn't ever see going back to that boat oar... It's now like driving a sewing machine. Like you and everyone else says, this is how it should've come in the first place.
I left a comment then it disappeared I asked you if you think buying a 100mile car would be better At first I was going for the garage queens but heard what you said Won’t 100 miles come with other repairs ??thoughts
2nd video iv seen and it seems like you are very very slouched in these sets if you cant reach the pedals with out leaning like that i think its time to re adjust the set, looks uncomfortable and like one wrong pedal miss away from not breaking when you need to.
Glad I could help out. It's definitely worth the money. Just expect some extra noise. Follow the MGW video exactly and it will help. And I believe a solid shift knob would reduce sound as well. I'm thinking about the one mgw offers.
Thanks for your insight. I'm ready to make the move to MGW for my '99. Getting tired of fighting shifting into second gear. Thanks man!
I'm glad you said that. I have a 2000 triple black 6 spd convertible. No one said anything about waterfall. Great job
dude I have a JK and C5 convertible stick shift too, cool

Your comment is still on my other c5 review video.
Your absolutely right.
Thank you.
I always use thread tape. Great video
O snap I got a convertible C5 and Jeep Wrangler too
Best of both worlds!
I appreciate your conviction, not wishy washy all over the map, just a solid recommendation, THIS is actually helpful. Thanks.

Nice video man! I’m in the process of ordering a MGW myself and wanted a real review

Nice job, Looking forward to spring lol 👍
I can't agree more. We have a pre-spring cruise set up next weekend. Should get some great footage and upload a new video asap.
That was one nice pull!
Thinking of adding this to my 2000 c5 6 spd convertible
Don't just think about it. I promise you, it's worth every penny.
