I began homeschooling in 1988, in the pioneering stage, with my oldest who is now 40. I homeschooled all 6 of my children from beginning to end covering 27 years. I began trying to duplicate the public school which was my mistake. Long story short, I basically got away from structured curriculums. My children loved to read and write, and some even liked math lol. Some of my children are outgoing, and some definitely are not. It's just their personality. We may have not covered everything, but what I wanted to teach was that they learned how to learn, how to think, and how to research to find answers. As a 69 yr old grandma now, those were most definitely the best and happiest times of my life.
Wow, your story is almost a duplicate of mine! I homeschooled our 6 children during about the same time period. Now I'm a grandma in my late 60's and have taught some of our grandchildren, too. Those were difficult times to homeschool but I am so happy we did! I loved being with them and getting to know them individually!
@@barbaramonroe9110 yes it was hard times that’s for sure but I saw the writing on the wall back then., I’m sure you did too. I’m in my mid sixties and I have eight grandchildren some of them have been homeschooled, it’s a legacy that I’m proud of.
Our family finished our homeschooling journey in 2019. We did not plan on home education at all initially, and, once we started, certainly not all the way through high school. But, that’s exactly what we did. Like you, we fell in love with homeschooling. No regrets. To God be the glory.
Love this video !!! As a homeschooling mother of our Eight Children I can tell you that after 37 years of homeschooling, I have never regretted our decision, and Charlotte Mason has been a lovely way of living in our teaching home💖💝💖
Half of the battle of homeschooling is just having the confidence to do something against the grain because you know it is what you want to do. :) I just love homeschooling! It has been such a blessing to me to spend time with my boys and watch them grow!
You are teaching your boys a great lesson just by following your heart and showing them that one can be brave and not be a people pleaser, but be a God pleaser. That’s everything. ❤
Our third year homeschooling for us as well! Loved the video so much Andrea, it is so true that there are so many fears and most of it, is due to the fear of the unknown. God nudged my heart since my daughter was in elementary school, but the fears detained from me doing it. Until the schools shut down, it made me see that if I didn’t act on it, I would live in regret. So it’s our third year independently from our district. It is the best thing we have done in our family, there is nothing that compares to raising my kids at home with a godly environment, listening to music, sermons together, reading the Bible, and just enjoying life with them, going on walks, park etc. The options are unlimited, love that my kids cultivate their creativity. We are working towards my husband being totally invested in his business so we can be more time together as a family. Right now he is doing his business part time until it picks up and still working a full time. I feel that God is calling us in that direction, when the time is right he will be his own boss full time!
What a beautiful testament to what can happen if you listen to the "still small voice" amidst all the noise in the world. So many people, for various reasons, brush off their willingness to listen to God, to please everyone else. I'm glad you realized the importance of your decision. Your children will be so blessed because of this.
I ABSOLUTELY needed to hear this today! The critics in my life have also been family members, and it is SO tough. But, I definitely feel the calling to do this for our daughters. Thank you for making this video!
❤ Thankyou for sharing your heart like this on homeschooling. I deeply appreciate and highly respect everything you said! I am past school age now, but I would SO have loved being taught at home! I hated school when I started in grade 7-12! A lot of the teachers and the school atmosphere really stressed me…I found it difficult to learn in certain classes! I was a shy person… I SO love to learn though…and I still have much to learn in my life! Elementary School was good, but 7-12 was not! And today, children and teens are exposed to SO much darkness, SO much anti-God evilness in school…it really isn’t safe anymore for the influences that they face everyday at public school! How many principals, teachers, any kind of staffing….who really are they, what kind of perspectives and discoloured flavours are they communicating to vulnerable students these days? Schooling has become of great concern! Almighty God bless you…immeasurably! You are an incredible, beautiful woman of God…the fragrance of Jesus Christ flows from you…SO preciously Precious! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I am way past the age of having school children, but I so enjoyed your encouragement to other Mamas. Love all your videos - you have such a sweet spirit in you.
My sister and her kids love the curriculum you use as well! Thank you for sharing your story! My two boys have been homeschooled since they were 2nd grade and K5. Now, the older is graduated and working full time while the younger is 11th grade this year. My husband and I both worked from home so we chose a curriculum that was "taught" by teachers via video classes (ABeka). My husband still had to do some teaching when our boys needed the extra help. There is curriculum out there for any family dynamic which is a blessing!
Hello from Borrego Springs California. I just subscribed today as I was looking for decorations of the Fall.🍂🍁. It’s 8 pm and I have been watching your past video’s starting with yours and Mikes Story. Absolutely beautiful. The reason I subscribed is because you have a special gift that God has given you and your using it everyday with your family and others. I truly can see it and hear it when you speak. God Bless you Andrea, Mike and your beautiful boys. I look forward to all that will be sharing.❤️🙏❤️
Thank you so much for this video. I've been very discouraged as of late...I've been very sick for over 5 months and I feel like I've let my daughter down. I'm finally beginning to feel better so I can focus more on her learning. I just need to remember NOT to compare her with other children her age. She is her own person and learns at a different rate. That's the beauty of homeschool...we can spend all the time we need on areas of weakness until she feels confident.
I've been there many times having debilitating sickness for months on end with all of my 9 children. I had the same fears, the same frustration that I was letting them down. This is just a blip in the scheme of life. Nobody cares more about your child's future than you. None of us will cover everything. None of us will raise perfect humans who know it all. And it's okay. Some of mine are adults now. They have good work ethics. Some of them have continued to learn more things of their interest past high school. They can keep learning when they are motivated by something even on their own. Take heart. She'll be okay because I can tell you are invested in her life even if things aren't perfect. 💓
@@sarahsieg2757 Thank you so much for your encouraging words. It means a lot that you would take the time to lift me up. I needed to hear that. Blessings to you and your family!!
I’m so glad you can be at home with your lovely family. I wish I had the freedom to be at home. Instead, I was a lifelong librarian, and helped others with their homeschooling needs. My son needed the guidance of people well versed in advanced mathematics and sciences. He was autodidact, but my skills were not up to the task. My son read at three, I didn’t teach him, he is now very successful, but we are not close. Sometimes it’s best to let go of your child and let them become something much greater than I could have imagined.
Like Donna, I started homeschooling in late 80s. It was new and not many parents were doing it, but I luckily had a homeschool little bookstore in a town nearby which was wonderful. I spent many hours on the floor of this little house book store reading through material deciding what I would use. l also experienced many people that thought it was the worst thing I could be doing for my daughter. She did well, we moved between homeschool and private Christian school through high-school. We all have to do what is right for us and our children. I think it is wonderful what you are doing for your four boys
🍂🍁 I loved this video so much!!! It's such a blessing. I'm homeschooling son who is autistic and love it! He does, too. We do a lot of fun lessons along with his therapies.I've had those fears too but know it's what God wanted us to do. Thanks for sharing those books and curriculum. They look amazing. You're amazing! Thanks for showing God's love on your channel! 🍂🐿🍁
Homeschooling is generally not allowed here in Germany (and some other European countries I think). Covid for sure was the exception....And school curriculum is not ideal here, for sure. Much pressure, no time for individual needs, lack of good teachers. But even if homeschooling would be allowed, I'd decide against it. I do like my (part-time) job in a bank and want to be with my colleagues and the interesting projects. That is me. My nature. But I do appreciate different mothers, personalities, life-styles and inner voices. Be true to your own nature. That is what you encourage us viewers. That is my belief as well. Thank you for your honesty.
Thank you so much. You are such an encouragement in all your videos. What a blessing tro spend time with your children teaching them what you believe and not what others are told to teach them. Bless you.
Through out time children have been home schooled. I think what the world is going through, it is missing family closeness. We have gotten so fast paced that we don’t connect face to face or heart to heart. Home schooling allows you to slow down and watch your child grow as they learn, to me this is a gift.
Your commitment and love for your children supersedes everything else. What comes from that are beautiful, loving, kind, learned and decent young men. What greater legacy is that?
I love this, and thank you! Thank you for not being scared to post this video. I homeschooled for 9 years but next year I may be bringing my youngest back home by request! Charlotte Mason is amazing and really helped me to feel like I wasn't just shooting in the dark and how important it is for nurturing your kids minds and hearts. I love that you are brave and encouraging us to be in today's world we need more of that
I’m so thankful that you’re using the platform that God has given you to encourage other moms! And I’m so glad you discovered that you could face your fears of homeschooling! We all have them! We’re entering into our 8th year of homeschooling and I’m so thankful for this opportunity!
Great video. I am not a homeschool mom. At this point in our lives my husband and I work fulltime. I work from home bit its a 9-5 job. It would be impossible to homeschool. But I see benefits of homeschooling especially in these crazy times we live in right now. Glad you get to do it!
From a homeschool veteran... A thousand Amens and thanks, Andrea!! I am totally emotional about it, too!! My two daughters were homeschooled and I started when the first was three. Of course, she thrived and I was hooked! They both soard through college and are both married to excellent godly men. We treasure every single memory of those precious homeschool years. And can't even imagine life without the beauty of it all!! Keep up the great work you do!! I'm crying happy tears with you, Andrea! I can't express how much I appreciate this wonderful help to future mommas! Great job, don't stop! ❤😅✝️
I always love your content, honestly, its so nurturing. Im a homeschooling mama and wouldn't have it any other way. Its such a blessing to spend life with my children❤
What a wonderful video! I think you have truly captured the inspiring spirit behind homeschool. This is my 13th year homeschooling three children, one of whom has graduated from homeschool. I have a lot of those same books in my stack of good books for encouragement and love to see your choices. The Good and The Beautiful was not available when my children were small but the youngest two were just young enough to have caught it for the end of elementary and through middle school. (They are currently 8th and 9th graders.) I chose it for the same reasons. I love your channel and I appreciate your heart behind encouraging mothers in this area as well! I love all the beauty you inspire! - Tammy
I watched your video even though my children are in their 30s. I feel your homeschooled children are going to have so many more experiences and be able to apply their knowledge to daily living. There is nothing more precious than seeing a little boy sanding a board with swimming goggles on. Your family is adorable.❤❤
Oh I just love this video! Beautifully addressing concerns and your enthusiasm oozes out. I’m in England and have been home educating my son for 8 over years, totally had those worries but actually doing it I know it’s simply wonderful too. All those special moments and time I wouldn’t have had with my son is worth EVERYTHING to me. If I saw you right now I would give a smile and a knowing look that only comes from this same experience and from bravery to take the leap. Well done for sharing xx My son is older now and coming up to study towards his GCSE exams. I going to be honest it’s not so much fun at the moment and at times I feel like we are jumping through hoops to get where he wants to be. This video reminded me of the wonder in learning we used to find. I just wish I knew how to bring it into this phase 😞
I also homeschool. I love it. Would not have it any other way. My son is ahead of his grade. I thank God for the wisdom He has given the two of us. The fact that we can do this is a blessing. To keep them from the influence of the world is another blessing. ❤
i wish you were around 18 years ago when i sent my daughter off to kindergarten because as a parent this is something i would definitely consider especially now with all the useless curriculum they are teaching kids today. I am thank-full my kids have always attended a Catholic school but even now they are moving away from what is most important. Love your channel, i have been following Amy Fritz and happen to see her thrift haul and you were on that episode and glad you were :)
Andrea, thank you SO much for taking the time to make this video!!!! I love hearing from you about homemaking and homeschooling! ❤ I truly wish we could sit down and have a coffee or tea and have a talk about Mama things! I just love you!😊
Andrea, I loved the video. For me, this stage is already over, but I think it can help many parents to rethink their children's education. It is an option and sharing your experience is very valuable, especially for those of us who believe that when our Lord puts something in your heart you have to let yourself be guided by him. Blessings to this beautiful family 🥰❤️🌹
As I watched, tears welled up in my eyes as those treasured homeschooling memories with our daughters came flooding back! Outstanding video, Andrea! Thank you!
Andrea, You don’t know how badly I needed to hear this!!!! This is also our 3rd year with homeschooling 💗 My husband and I made the decision long before we had kids that I would homeschool…I love it but there are struggles 😣 I so needed this encouragement 💕 Truly!! Thank you thank you!! This has really inspired me and help me to realize it’s ok. Sometimes a change needs to happen 😊 *Also, W+F is AMAZING! I need to re-read that book 📚 I wish I could sit down with you with a cup of coffee and talk more about the art of homeschooling ☕️ Sending you love and blessings
I am so thankful for your video...I always tried to please people, even into adulthood. I could never do enough, especially when it came to raising my boys...finally I broke free of that and those that did not bring positivity to our lives...So proud of you and the positive influence you have on so many. I love that you are so down to earth on subjects that are hard to talk about. Keep up the great work! ⭐
hola, soy española y siempre veo tus videos.
This was a great video and a great encouragement to me. My kids are still young, 2 years old and 5 months old, but this has been on my mind lately. I keep thinking that I might not be great at teaching and that my children won’t be socialized enough. So it was nice to hear you talk about both of those concerns. It still something I need to pray about for sure. Thanks so much for sharing your experience and the reading recommendations.
I homeschool our four kids also! Thank you for sharing more of the homeschool journey, so encouraging! Would love more and how you plan your homeschool routine. Teaching from rest is also a super incredible book!!!!’
I homeschooled both of my daughters and my youngest just turned 32. It is the best decision we ever made for our girls. In Maine we had a great Homeschooling network. I am not sure if they still exist but we used various homeschooling tools. We used jumpstart first grade, jumpstart second grade etc. We had Science projects, Carmen Sandiego CD. My girls enjoyed learning instead of someone force feeding them information. When we go to a buffet we allow ourselves to put what we feel we can digest on our plate. We dont have someone else pile our plate with more than we can chew. Our children need to enjoy approaching the buffet of knowledge without being forced fed. They will naturally crave feeding their minds. Never underestimate anyone, no matter what their learning style is.
We have recently chosen to home school our 4 while both my husband and I hold our full time positions with work. We split the subjects and make it work. We've been so happy and it has been a joy to see my children experience learning in a new way! And we've only just begun! We are using this curriculum as well and impressed at the morals and values it incorporates, so lovely!
Thank you for your encouraging video to continue to homeschool, we’ve been homeschooling for three years as well. You don’t have apologize in any way it can intimidating at first but you grow with them and learn with them as well. I love you’re video so inspiring. Can you please show a schedule routine? All where do you put all your homeschooling things? Blessings 😊
❤ This was encouraging and inspiring. I love homeschooling but pressure does crop up and with it fear of man. I want myself and my children to care more about what God thinks than what people think.
hey girl- This was oh so good! Thank you for sharing Andrea😀😉 You are excellent at teaching your boys. God has given you this gift. My sister has been homeschooling her boys for years. Y'all have a wonderful weekend🥰
Thank you for making this video. I just started homeschooling my 16-year-old due to her anxiety and health concerns. I'm also going to homeschool my son when he gets old enough to start school right now he is only 20 months old (year old) so he still has time before he starts. But I found this video very heartfelt and inspiring and informative. Thank you 😊
Thank you so much for your encouragement and advice in this video! My oldest is only 2.5, but I have been debating homeschooling vs. a nice little Christian school option here in our new town. My husband and I always talked about homeschooling our future children. Now that it’s time to start planning and prepping for it, I guess I’m letting fears cause me to doubt what I always dreamed of doing. Neither my husband or I were ever homeschooled, so it’s easy to feel unequipped. But I’m feeling God continuing to lead me toward my original desire to homeschool my boys. I also keep hearing about Charlotte Mason and The Good and the Beautiful. Very excited to research more!
We love The Good and the Beautiful! And the math and language are free to download the entire curriculum which is great to try out if you’re unsure and don’t have the budget to change your mind if you buy a curriculum and don’t like it.
I wish I would have home schooled my kids.i only have 2 but they grew up so fast and you can never get those years back.i admire you Andrea for the choice you made
My 5yr old daughter is so shy. She won’t look in anyone’s eyes. She won’t say thank you. I always tell her to and explain why she needs to. I am sure it’s a phase.
The Good and the Beautiful was written by Mormons but she does do a good job at not throwing Mormon beliefs in it from what I have seen. And it truly is a beautiful curriculum!
It should always be kept in mind what is best for the children to get a good education, not what is easy or convienient for parents, schedules, etc., or that we do not want to part with them and not have them with us for the entire day. One can add enrichment/schooling/teaching/ learning in the hours after school, weekends, and all family time as parents include activities in their families lives. Public school is not perfect, neither is homeschooling. Socially, the kids need to learn to survive in the real world and be productive citizens that can support themselves and contribute positively to society. Education and involvement by the parents, grandparents, family, is essential to a child learning not just sequestering them in a family unit to "homeschool". One does not set themselves apart and elevate the educate by being homeschooled alone. Please do not put a public education down just because you choose not to be a part of it. Many are successful, productive citizens even if they don't homeschool.
I am a public school graduate. I taught as a substitute teacher in the public school for ten years. I would never put a public school education down, and I truly hope that didn't come across in my video. We personally felt a strong calling in our own life to homeschool our children and I would not presume to tell others what only God can lead them to do. 🙂
I don’t have children, I went to public school. But some of my best memories were my mom on my bed doing math homework. We would see who got the problem first, and if the answer matched we considered it correct.
Andrea, we also live in a town where our public school is everything. It’s known as the “Christian Public School” to other district near us bc of the precious, God-fearing, Christian educators employed there. So, people can’t believe that we would actually take our daughter out and begin homeschooling her. But, you can’t deny the beautiful fruits that have resulted from homeschooling. It was the best choice for our family. I’m so happy that it’s going so well for yours! Btw, our daughter is a senior now, taking dual enrollment courses, and has a close relationship with Jesus and us, her parents. Homeschooling definitely influenced and impacted all of that! Glory to God!! ♥️📚
We are really considering homeschooling our little ones, but here in England it’s not common to HS, most people that HS have done it with older children out of necessity ie the child was being bullied or struggling with mental health issues. So really hard to find other similar families. My greatest fear is socialising my already v shy 4yr old and letting them down. But I also think it could be the absolute best thing for them too. My eldest started nursery for the first time last year just 1.5 days a week, and in many ways she’s lost confidence not gained it. So maybe school isn’t the right environment for her. All our friends and family are against the idea 😢
I understand completely!!! It is definitely something that requires a lot of prayer, and in the end you have to do what God is nudging you to do despite what friends and family say. You know your child best!! 😊
I hope I am WRONG, but as a 73 year old, it seems to me that parents don’t want to spend that much time with their children (especially if both, parents work). After school they get them involved in multiple sports and activities…..devolving into nothing more than chauffeurs shuttling their kids back and forth to things that involve them with other adults, not them……🥺🥺
I live in Rochester Hills Michigan with what is considered a great school system. I have no children but listen to what is in the school libraries and things that teachers have to include and I say no way! Kudos for homeschooling! I would absolutely do the same!
I think homeschooling is great. With that being said, I work in a public school and know how hard it is for kids to adapt to public schools if they decide to try traditional schools.
I wish I had small children so I can homeschool!…This is a beautiful video Andrea! I always felt so uncomfortable when for some reason my child didn’t want to go to school. Especially my special needs daughter she is 26 now. I have 4 adult children 32 29, 26 and 24. Thank you for sharing wish I had seen it 30 yrs ago! 😂
I can see this maybe working the first few years but how about when the boys get older? The famous people you mentioned at the end were born with a superior intellect or God given talent I don’t think it had anything to do with home schooling in the 1800’s.
I found, with my children who were homeschooled from the beginning, is that as they got to high school years, they were able to basically be self taught, with minimal supervision. And they did exceptionally well, thankfully surpassing me!
Hey! Can i ask about your artwork? I’m trying to buy the hay bale print download and when I put it in my cart and then go to the cart it says that the cart is empty. Do you still have that download? Thanks for your help. 🥰
Andrea you should be commended for the time and energy you give to homeschooling your sons. To do this you are making a choice, as to what is best for you and your family. For that reason this road to education is what is most productive for your boys. However, as a retired teacher I would like to suggest that people also consider something else, before making a decision to home school. School is much, much more than the curriculum. School is about social and emotional growth. You did say that your boys get socializing through your church, sports teams etc. But there is also more. By leaving the house each morning to go to school, children learn to separate from a home environment, by going out into a wider world. They learn to be independent. They can come home and share their day, articulate what has happened in their lives, that was different from home. Most importantly children mix and mingle with others from all walks of life with different ethnicities, religions, income levels, intelligence levels, disabilities etc. It prepares the child for later life, where it won't be all harmonious and "the same" as is found at home. School prepares a child for the huge diversity in the world. We need to give our children both roots and wings. Home schooling does a wonderful job giving strong roots. But wings are so very important also. Just a point to consider. For your family home schooling is working, so that is very good!
I started homeschooling in the early 80s and we were underground and had people threatening to call the police because they thought my kids should be in school. It made it easier for me because my cousins are Arlin and Beka of Abeka book. I I was able to research our families material. Arlin is still alive in his 90s. You may not use that material but homeschooling is something I always look back on and so thankful that I did. Keep up the good work, my kids are in their 40s now and doing well.❤️💜💙
Andrea, this video was soo good!👌🏻We LOVE homeschool, and that includes the girls!🫶🏻I put Vivian in school, her first year. We have homeschooled ever since. The rush out the door was so fast paced.🥹The pace now is beautiful & they are learning so well and so much. They are learning how to make laundry soap, bread, and painting on breaks. We love homeschool for our family.😍
I so needed to hear this. 🥹 as a new homeschooling mama. I’m going through those points you shared from critics to self fear that my son can stay behind with my little knowledge in teaching.
I used to get …u should give them good foundation and they can only get that in public school…that set me to worry town. Now I look back at how silly I was because home education is such a blessing, we are really giving them a solid foundation for life!🫶🏼🫶🏼

We’re only on year 5 but this is so encouraging.
What an encouragement!!!
Our family finished our homeschooling journey in 2019. We did not plan on home education at all initially, and, once we started, certainly not all the way through high school. But, that’s exactly what we did. Like you, we fell in love with homeschooling. No regrets. To God be the glory.

Our third year homeschooling for us as well! Loved the video so much Andrea, it is so true that there are so many fears and most of it, is due to the fear of the unknown. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
What a wonderful video!!! I hope this is a relief for any mom who is on the fence! ❤
Just starting our first year of homeschool and this is so encouraging for me ❤ thank you
I am way past the age of having school children, but I so enjoyed your encouragement to other Mamas. Love all your videos - you have such a sweet spirit in you.
Thank you! ☺
This video is a great resource for anyone considering homeschooling. It's normal to have fears, but your tips on overcoming them are so helpful.
Thanks! 😊
It is a blessing!! 😊
I just started the preschool course from the Good and the Beautiful with my oldest and hearing how much you love it too is so affirming!
Oh Andrea I couldn’t love this video more!! You’re amazing ❤️-Krissy
So true! And I am so sorry you have been sick!
You are definitely doing the best thing for your children and yourself! God bless you and your precious family 🙏❤️😊
I agree! ☺
Beautifully said!
Your commitment and love for your children supersedes everything else. What comes from that are beautiful, loving, kind, learned and decent young men. What greater legacy is that?
Thank you, yes.☺
I love this, and thank you! Thank you for not being scared to post this video. I homeschooled for 9 years but next year I may be bringing my youngest back home by request! Charlotte Mason is amazing and really helped me to feel like I wasn't just shooting in the dark and how important it is for nurturing your kids minds and hearts. I love that you are brave and encouraging us to be in today's world we need more of that
Thank you! ☺
I love this video••you are truly so inspiring ❤️
I’m so thankful that you’re using the platform that God has given you to encourage other moms! And I’m so glad you discovered that you could face your fears of homeschooling! We all have them! We’re entering into our 8th year of homeschooling and I’m so thankful for this opportunity!
❤
❤😅✝️
Thank you so much! ☺
- Tammy
Thank you so much! ☺
I watched your video even though my children are in their 30s. I feel your homeschooled children are going to have so many more experiences and be able to apply their knowledge to daily living. There is nothing more precious than seeing a little boy sanding a board with swimming goggles on. Your family is adorable.❤❤
Thank you! ☺
Keep following your heart, Andrea! You know your children better than anyone. Time with them is so precious. God bless you and your family!❤
Well done for sharing xx
My son is older now and coming up to study towards his GCSE exams. I going to be honest it’s not so much fun at the moment and at times I feel like we are jumping through hoops to get where he wants to be. This video reminded me of the wonder in learning we used to find. I just wish I knew how to bring it into this phase 😞
Choosing to homeschool our kids was the best decision my husband and I ever made! There are hard days but I wouldn't have it any other way.
I agree! ☺
Thank you!
Thank you! ☺
I do too! I'm so glad it was an encouragement! 😊
@@PineandProspectHome 💕
I am so thankful for your video...I always tried to please people, even into adulthood. I could never do enough, especially when it came to raising my boys...finally I broke free of that and those that did not bring positivity to our lives...So proud of you and the positive influence you have on so many. I love that you are so down to earth on subjects that are hard to talk about. Keep up the great work! ⭐
Thank you! ☺
What a beautiful and inspiring video! Keep up the good work!
hola, soy española y siempre veo tus videos.
Thank you for your thoughts! So true! ☺
Thank you! ☺
That is wonderful! 😊
You and your family are so precious! So enjoy your channel. You are an inspiration to all!
Thank you! ☺
Blessings 😊
I don't really have a schedule, more of a rhythm haha and I keep everything in the bottom cupboard just inside my kitchen. ☺
Angela, thank you so much for this video. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ please don’t ever stop YouTubing!
Always go with your heart.
❤ This was encouraging and inspiring. I love homeschooling but pressure does crop up and with it fear of man. I want myself and my children to care more about what God thinks than what people think.
You are amazing!❤
hey girl- This was oh so good! Thank you for sharing Andrea😀😉 You are excellent at teaching your boys. God has given you this gift. My sister has been homeschooling her boys for years. Y'all have a wonderful weekend🥰
Thank you! ☺
Thank you 😊
I am so glad!☺
Love your heart for your kids
I'm so glad this was encouraging for you! 😊
We love The Good and the Beautiful! And the math and language are free to download the entire curriculum which is great to try out if you’re unsure and don’t have the budget to change your mind if you buy a curriculum and don’t like it.
Beautifully done, Andrea! ❤️😊
Thank you! 😊
It's fine to do what you feel is right and if it's working for you why not
A wonderful video today, Angela? It’s so nice to know you followed your heart and calling!😊❤️😊
Thank you (Andrea ☺)
Oops. Andrea. I was half awake this morning haha 😘❤️😊🙏🏻
I love Sally’s books.
Thank you ❤
I wish I would have home schooled my kids.i only have 2 but they grew up so fast and you can never get those years back.i admire you Andrea for the choice you made
Thank you! ☺
My 5yr old daughter is so shy. She won’t look in anyone’s eyes. She won’t say thank you.
I always tell her to and explain why she needs to.
I am sure it’s a phase.
Inspirational!
You are just so endearing!
Thank you! ☺
Also my Granddaughter I home school her when she got into high school we did different books. She just graduated 2 yrs ago and is doing nursing
What wonderful memories!! ☺
That is wonderful! 😊
I home school my high schoolers . Lot of work we did a becca books.
After school they get them involved in multiple sports and activities…..devolving into nothing more than chauffeurs shuttling their kids back and forth to things that involve them with other adults, not them……🥺🥺
I hope it is useful and encouraging to your daughter! 😊
At the end of the
Day.. we are in this world to please god and not people
❤praise god ❤
I live in Rochester Hills Michigan with what is considered a great school system. I have no children but listen to what is in the school libraries and things that teachers have to include and I say no way! Kudos for homeschooling! I would absolutely do the same!
Thank you! ☺
Aw! Thank you! ☺
Люблю вас смотреть😊
At the end of the video, the kids are working on some worksheets about trees. What is that? My kids would love that.
I found them on Pinterest about a year ago. I don't have a link, I'm sorry.
How about another daddy? Sending this to my son.
Andrea me gusto mucho el video, por favor has un video de la casa de tú mamá de fall tour please ❤❤❤
I will have to ask her about that idea!! Thanks! 😊

Could you please send an enquiry to my email about this? pineandprospecthome@gmail.com Thanks! 😊
I’m homeschooling but with only 1 kiddo, she’s 11, no kids in neighborhood…just not ideal I feel!
If you look up ELLEN G white.. she talks about this as well absolutely beautiful ❤❤
FAMILY LINDA L❤VE 👍😘
I started homeschooling in the early 80s and we were underground and had people threatening to call the police because they thought my kids should be in school. It made it easier for me because my cousins are Arlin and Beka of Abeka book. I I was able to research our families material. Arlin is still alive in his 90s. You may not use that material but homeschooling is something I always look back on and so thankful that I did. Keep up the good work, my kids are in their 40s now and doing well.❤️💜💙
Wow! Thanks for sharing! Thank you! ☺
Thank you! ☺
