I just recently found you a few days ago and I have tried two of your recipes, Chicken Spaghetti and this Pot Roast. I have only ever cooked a roast in the crock pot or the Instant Pot and let me just say that THIS is one of my favorite recipes that I have EVER tried. I was so easy and so good!!!!! Thank you for sharing. I am looking forward to trying more of your recipes .
You can always add the potatoes after the roast is nearly done about the last 10 to fifteen minutes of cooking time. Carrots works the same way. I always add my root vegetables last like when I'm cooking turnip greens with the turnip roots. They keep their shape this way since it doesn't usually take root vegetables very long to cook.
I tried this recipe for the second time today and it was wonderful. This time I added potatoes after one hour of cook time. Thank you for making it so easy, keep them coming.
looks like a good recipe, but you should have washed your hands before you touched the seasonings, the olive oil bottle, the stove knob and the pot, oh and the faucet. jus sayin
I am happy she mentioned washing her hands due to cross contamination although 1st lady if u happen to c this with all due respect contaminates already began cause u flipped the raw meat then touched your seasons ,pots, stove buttons and the sink ...just a tip: i wash in between seasons like after i flip meat however i use one main fork for turning raw meat if i need to touch other things...for my safety & others ...lovely lady ..Bless u
Hey little lady great lesson. I am a greatie 😊but even being a great grand mother I do follow the young cooks ,therefore the grand kids think their grand mom is the best cook in the world. LoL. ,also may I say , ? Your hands are as pretty as you are. 😍
I'm so glad your back doing videos...you really need to look into doing ASMR videos you definitely have a calm spirit that relaxes people. I look forward to more videos. If you know how to bake a pound cake or desserts that would be awesome to see. God Bless you and your family.
It looks good I subscribe. I would just add potatoes after it cooks for an hour. I'm scare to cook it at 400 because I'm worry about toughness. I like the way you use water instead of broth. Broth in box or cans seen to have a box taste to me.
Classy Cassy Kells Oh yes that works too for thick gravy. My family prefers thinner pan juices like beef “au jus” . Thanks so much for the tips. Be blessed!

Thanks for the videos. Love them. Can you bring more cooking videos please. Do a fried chicken and collard greens your way video please.
Beef broth would been good to use to
I think you should've floured them then browned them. That would've gave your gravy a little thickness. But it looks delicious!
