After tracking a target is ended, does the camera go back to it's centered location or stay where tracking ended? Wondering if it can track to a corner of it's vertical/horizontal travel, so the next opportunity to detect is compromised by it's position?
They are indeed "blind spot" deficient the fixed security cameras but the PTZ ones, will never be able to COVER all spots, IN THE SAME TIME, which means that we are back to square one: determine first all the needed covered spots and plant ONLY FIXED CAMERAS, thus you'll be covering and recording ALL THE NEEDED SPOTS, ALL IN THE SAME TIME! Even replacing PTZ CAMERAS thinking that you'll save some money then YOU CAN'T BE MORE WRONG THAN THAT!
It sounds more like you are looking for a camera with a wide field of view. There are plenty out there. PTZ cameras serve a very real issue of cutting down the number of cameras needed. You are right it can only see one area at a time. But if you get it set right then a PTZ camera can flow a target as it moves through view cutting down on needing a bunch of cameras to make sure you cover every square inch.
Really well done and well recorded review. Thank you. I have two questions; 1. Can the camera be set to record only when motion is detected with a short duration? That's the behavior that I get with some Ctronics cameras I have. Thanks
1. Yes it can be set to do this. Even with 24/7 recording it does sepertly trigger for motion events and mark those recordings. 2. Yes, if power goes down and then comes back it will reconnect itself.

Apple homekit 😭
Surfboard
Not a lot of cameras natively support home kit. I get it.
@@Wanderer001_Reviews but eufy securty cams for apple homekit 🤗👍
first 20 seconds it was clear you were sold (or bought) by Tapo.. what a shame.. I was hoping to rely on this video... so bad.. it would have been just so much credible if you would have admitted that they paid you for this. Shame.
If you mad wit past 20 seconds in you would have made it to to the disclosure statement. Yes the camera was provided to me for review but no money was exchange for the video. The opinions are my own. I even point Cons of the camera.
the explanation is so bad .....so boringgggg
Its not for everyone.
Thank you for nice review.
Will the camera be able to track more than two people?
If so which person will it follow ?
Not really. I tested this with my wife and while two people can be seen in frame the camera generally will follow the first person it locks on to.
