I love the O´Connors Heads, used often this in other countries by rental companies.
Here in Germany unfortunately all using Sachtler. Not bad, but not so good like a O`Connor.
    Thanks for this great presentation!

Since your the only person with a video about an oconnor head ill ask you this question. I have aquired a oconnor 515s and oconnor tripod and not only can I find out almost zero information about them (evidently long since discontinued) but the head is un usable. What I mean by this is that if you tilt up or down it automatically returns to the level position. It will not stay tilted. And even to hold it in place requires extreme pressure from the operator. Thanjs for any info!

This is a very late reply, so I am sure you've worked it out, but -- you have to lower the counter balance setting -- on the 515 this is a spinning metal wheel at the center of the head -- it says counterbalance and it has plus and a minus sign, plus for more and minus for less. Spin the wheel (with pressure) in the direction of the sign you choose (increase or decrease -- plus or minus). This should, hopefully, help with properly counterbalancing the head. On the modern heads, like the one in the video above, give you an exact percentage -- the 515 is a a lot simpler in it's design, but it works the same.

There are different kits available, but the base package comes with a europlate, and a Mitchel or bowl adapter -
