Have you tried rotating the big stove oven so it’s facing the other way? It looks like it’s deep but not too wide. Another option could be putting something under the oven so it’s slightly even taller, then pushing it all the way back to the wall because I noticed there was a gap behind it

I don’t know if it’s something available to you, but I have a Breville “smart air” oven which is like a bigger toaster oven, but also has many different modes. I use it exclusively vs my standard kitchen oven. It just sits on the side board and doesn’t take up much room at all. I only use my “big” oven when baking bread in a Dutch oven.
Hello my lovies! You must have known that I missed you. It's so cute to see our 'baby' Adeline walking so well and little missy Agatha go shopping with her dad. You make a 'big' breakfast but much more healthier than me. I'll have 2 slices of toasted bread, 1 egg on the one and jam on the other one. With coffee made like you did but leaving space for milk and 2 teaspoons of sugar. That's a lot. Very glad your children eat cucumber, tomatoes and crackling fresh green peppers.
I was really thinking about you a lot. If only we lived closer to each other I'll get you to visit me. I'll take the children somewhere, Tolya can go with us. PREPARING TURKISH COFFEE:
Add water to the cezve (ibrik), about 50 milliliters (1.7 oz) per cup of coffee desired
Add sugar to taste, stirring to blend it
Bring to a boil, remove from heat and add a teaspoon of coffee per cup
Boil coffee.
Remove the cevze from heat immediately after bringing to a first boil, discarding the accumulated foam, and mix well.
The coffee is boiled twice in succession, taking care to remove the cezve from the heat between one boiling and the next. The foam can either be discarded or kept before stirring it well
Allow remaining powder to settle before serving. You can add a tablespoon of cold water to the pot after boiling twice to accelerate the process.

Interesting recipe for turkish coffee, I have never heard of boiling coffee twice or stirring the foam away. Even letting the grout settle before serving it is something I have never heard before.

The larger oven should have 4 legs that can be screwed either in or out so you can level the oven. Screw them out to lift the top edge of the oven over the window sill so the top of the oven can slide over that sill and you can slide the oven back further. If the legs won’t screw out enough to raise the oven high enough buy leg risers to lift the oven higher

Hey, Vika, Tolya and family! It's always so good to hear from you and see what you're up to. Dressing nooks with shoe racks and mirrors together seem to be a trend this year. It's also good for the girls to have an accessible mirror to get the therapeutic benefit of seeing themselves. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it was recommended for my special needs students' mental and emotional development, and they seemed to enjoy it. Self awareness, maybe? I burst out laughing when Tolya took advantage of the table being beside the refrigerator and just casually reached in and took out a drink. Many Americans would be jealous of that convenience. I also laughed and was proud of Agatha when she said, "I'm not a lady, I'm Agatha." Such a strong sense of individual identity. I understand where they're both coming from, being both a childhood ballet student and nonconformist, and younger daughter of a dad who, having risen from extremely humble beginnings to doctoral-degreed college professor, wanted his two beautiful little girls to be appreciated and respected in the world we live in. But still, you can't help but laugh at some of the things kids say. Happy holidays. 💖🎄

Toyla drinking the coke straight from the jug during breakfast makes me laugh. The first think I drink in the morning is a coke. I'm not a big coffee drink we but i definitely need some caffiene and coco cola is my favorite soda. 😂😂

I find my one (or two for you) burner induction hob to be very convenient for most daily cooking and very energy efficient. I was able to get mine for about 90 USD but my first one was an inexpensive one from Aldi. I use an Airfryer, or a toaster oven, works for most baking, depending on how much you bake. May not be as useful for you when you host groups but could be enough right now.

Hey Victoria I have been binging on your RUclips channel since I discovered it a week ago! Your videos have a cozy and warm atmosphere and it helps me to calm down, thank you for sharing your life, thoughts, vision and taste with us!!
I have never made a comment before but I noticed the way you make your turkish coffee is a little bit different than the traditional way. So I wanted to give you the recipe😊
The traditional way to make turkish coffee is by boiling it with water. This way a foam forms on top and also some of the coffee grounds sinks at the bottom, which I will be referring as” telve”. All servings of Turkish coffee cups needs to have foam at top and a little bit telve at the bottom of cup.
I will share the recipe we (as all my friends and family) use;
Get your cezve (its a coffee pot made specifically for Turkish coffee but you can find similar pots) and fill it with water by using your turkish coffee mug (generally each one is 50 ml). For every cup of water you need to add 1 dessert spoon (or 2 teaspoons) of turkish coffee. You can add sugar if you want in this stage. Then heat your stove and place the cezve on top of it.
In the cooking process many turkish people have different opinions on whether coffee should be stirred or not in order to get more foam. I personally observe that it has more foam when not stirred. In both scenarios you need to watch your cezve very closely because after it reaches the boiling temperature and starts to foam, it means the coffee is ready and that’s your sign to remove cezve from stove immediately before it overflows. (This happens pretty quickly and generally it takes you couple of failures and stove cleans before you master this skill 😂)
Now for the serving of the coffee, if you made just one cup its easy, just pour the coffee right into the cup. But if you made more than one cup you need to divide the coffee grout and foam equally between the cups. In order to do that first you need to pour little bit of coffee in each of the cups so every single one of them gets the foam from top. After that you need to pour coffee normally to all the cups until 2/3 of the cup is full, that way all of them gets the coffee equally. But for the last part of coffee left in your cezve you will notice it is more dense, thats telve and that also needs to be divided to all the cups, so pour it to all cups equally to fill the 1/3 gap left.
Traditionally a cup of water and a bit of sweet (like turkish delight) is served alongside turkish coffee. Some people even serve a little bit of liqueur next to it also😊
Thats it, I know it is a little bit complicated but you can find a lot of tutorials on RUclips 😊

Hi Victoria! Great video as always❤ I just wanted to add that Turkish coffee should be slowly cooked in a small pot, boiled very briefly, and consumed. So, unless it's a new generation Turkish coffee that dissolves directly in hot water like instant coffee, I recommend consuming it by brewing. You can also add a bit of sugar if you like.🎉🎉
