aluminum pulleys are gymic bro they wear out quickly if you train hard 4 days a week you have to change them often that's why commercial gyms don't use them all that big gym review channels promote them but they don't train on them often and are very rich and can afford to replace them every 200 days
Step 1 - buy the upgraded aluminum pulley kit from Force USA. Step 2 - create slack in the cable by: pull stack pin. lift up top plate along with the guide rod that inserts in the center of the stack. insert stack pin with that portion raised. That will give you plenty of slack in the cable to work. Step 3 - go to each pulley, remove it and replace it with the aluminum. You can do the whole thing in about an hour.
@GymCrafter dang thanks. Step 2 about the weight stack is golden. I thought i would have to remove the cable out right before starting everything. I'll try it now!
Is the upgrade to aluminum pulleys worthwhile?
No. Unless you want the looks, it's an almost unnoticeable difference.

@@bananowy-chlopiec153 Look great, definitely don't do what everyone says they do.
I have the Inspire FT2 and love it but if I was to go back in time I would probably get this machine.
The FT 2 is pretty awesome.

I don't own this, I shot this video at their showroom where it was already assembled. Sorry I can't help with this.
Is there a video or site where you can learn to upgrade the pulleys to aluminum? I haven't been able to find one
