If you look close around the 2:25 mark you will see the male Bear almost catches what looks like a fish. You can see him lunge for something and then you can see the trail of it getting away through the water.
A good mother totally teaching them how to be a bear she stands to observe teaching them you can see further if you stand ( looks like 2 of the cubs did as well)
When the female with cubs started getting close to the camera operator, I started thinking, "We need to move..." I've been close to large grizzlies before, while hunting. He was so close and so large he looked like a wagon load of hay strolling by. My rifle started to feel way too small. I let him walk right by and then I left the area.

Mama bear took the cubs there knowing that it's their Dads favorite fishing spot, so they could check him out. The little one on the bank stands up for a better look so cute! And then when Dad wanders closer while he's fishing and stops looks over like hey mama you look familiar are they my babies??? Mama is like ok you've all seen him,he's seen all of you now lets go and they all run off,but they all stand up and have one last glance before running in the bushes because he is just so awesome!! Papa bears like huh that's the thanks I get?! Oh well back to me fishin.

He was near a source of food and was probably well fed, that's probably one of the only reasons he didn't attack.
