Question Kas, I'm a goalie recreationally but I have been improving year over year since I first started playing about 4-5 years ago and I have been diagnosed with a degenerative knee condition. in a future video if you could explain any knee-specific exercises for strength or knee-specific stretches/care ideas it would be awesome. also if you've already done that at some point and I missed it anyone else who sees this please let me know. thanks, and I hope you get signed by the Kracken or sharks and get a chance with the show again soon.
Sucks to hear that man! I’m no knee expert, but kneesovertoes here on youtube and instagram has a bunch of great info on strengthening knees. Ive added some of their movements to my routine, and my knees are pain free and stronger
There is a big jump in skill level and finishing with the forwards. But i found it easier to play in the AHL because of better team defensive structure
Do you have any tips on getting better at reacting to shots and reading releases, I feel like I’m always a split second late to react and I can never read the release, I can’t really see the difference on the stick blade.when I see high level goalies it almost looks like they know the puck is going to and I want to be able to do that. Anything helps thanks
It comes with experience and seeing a tons of shots. Obviously training your eyes will help a little bit. Dont overthink the reacting part and let your body use its instincts. Also something like Sense Arena vr training could get you those extra reps in reading releases

What’s up Kas? Good to still see u working hard daily
Ever consider resistance training for internal and external hip rotation? More than just banded clam shells.

The cat is doing a great example of my after game stretches lol
Hey Kaz nice seeing you again and I hope you will get signed by an NHL team
I see the cat at 5:25 is doing passive recovery. 😆
Kas, is the jump from the ECHL to the AHL a big change in pace for goaltenders?
There is a big jump in skill level and finishing with the forwards. But i found it easier to play in the AHL because of better team defensive structure
Hey Kaz! In the off season do you do hand-eye cordination or tennis ball drills?
Thanks in advance!
I always watch you❤
Hey Kaz! Great to see you again! What do you think about the Breathwerk app? Do you use it? If yes how often?
I have it and have used it, great for casual breaths. I wanted something more extreme which is why i went with WHM
"Hello Cookie Fans", dying cause my daughter loves CookieSwirlC too. Keep it coming Kaz!
The cat sprawled there just chillin'! :D
Thats her post-lunch recovery
Great video ❤
Hi Kaz! Very useful video! What do you think about the spikemat? Is it useful for a goaile?
Thanks in advance!
I have one and i dont use it enough, forgot to add it to the bedtime routine. Even standing on it before workouts can help!
@@KasimirKaskisuoOfficial thank you very much! How do you recommend to use it before bedtime? 5-10 minutes is enough or more?
If you had to pick an NHL team to play for again what team would it be?
Probably the Wild (closest to home😅)
This could actually happen, but the Blackhawks. They literally have 0 goalies and it’s very close to Minnesota. And u can play w bedard 😜.
Kaz you are my idol ❤️
Did you see the Chicago Wolves are going independent next season , signing their own players , could be a option.

🖤🖤🖤
Your cat is so fluffy
Honestly you should be able to find a team that needs a goalie honestly there is a lot of room
At 1:22, what is the name of that exercise? I can't seem to figure it out for the life of me😅
Maybe like a landmine skater squat?
