In case you didn't know, there is a sandblaster and bags of sand for it for sale at the wheel shop by the garage, it makes the rust removal so much easier, I forget if you played to the point the sandblaster was introduced. There is a mod that adds two types of shop/spot lights, one is a stand with two spotlights, and one that is a single light that sits on the ground.
Been addicted to this game lately. Also unfortunately the rust can still be a pain however the dev said the reason the payment on rust jobs is so high is that it accounts for you needing to replace every rusted panel with a new one and still make money.
If you go to the car tools store near the garage, you will find something cylindrical that kinda changes the derusting nuisance of the game. Also you should be able to use the welder as a stool to jump into the truckbeds. And after i break i took, i found out that there are barn finds in the game now.

i like to get a few cars fom the dealer or the junk yard clean them remove rust and paint them and then just sell them massively helped me make money .
My work truck is a 2023 Ford F-350 with manual locking hubs. It sucks when I'm stuck in mud cuz I track it back in the cab. Anyway, I bought the game n love it so far. Thanks, Skape.

the white hammer symbol means there is a place somewhere on that panel where you can use the hammer. but not necessary where you point the hammer. just saying
I feel bad for the young man it took me 3 hours to figure out how to do a transmission job without the hoist I ended up deciding to just buy 4 jacks to put around each corner of the car

All the clunking noises I have heard in real life it has been a u joint going out. The are on the drive shaft and in 4x4 or independent suspension . They can be found there too. I’m not sure if a cv axle would make the same sound or not.

You can use the Bockstruck to transport parts that you have to buy at the shops.

Clunking could also be caused by timing problems but it usually sounds more like a click.

The manual hubs were a lot stronger than automatic. The newer 4wd system locks from the diff or something, not sure as I haven’t worked on them yet
