You need to put the transmission in the truck and then just bolt the engine in
Or the other way around. You can’t put them togeather on the ground lol. He’s been away from this game to long
I'm going to tell you a little trick I have but with the pawn shop you can still put the stuff you're going to sell in there as long as you put on the pallet location and then when they open it sells without you having to be there or do anything

You dropped the flex line in the grass on the way to the porch (from the driver side) while going to get the hard line.
Best of luck finding it, the grass by the porch is a known part / tool void.
Also the roads (because they are weird decals) will hide small objects.
The heavy duty hub that doesn't take 2 tires on each side belongs on the front and the ones that take 2 on the back.
Heavy duty on the rear right is for the rear end. The spacer hub you put on the rear left is for the front. End of the truck
The ones on the rear ( narrow) are for dual tyres, cause the one wheel there was mounted the opposite way around on the old axle
@baxter22071990 oh i know. Done a handful few years back when i worked at a cheverlot deslership. Dually, rear axles are normally shorter in length, so 1. The tires don't stick out too far, and 2. The short axle shaft is stronger under load and less likely to twist apart. The front hubs are to space the tires out for stability.

@baxter22071990 yes'em. Its kinda cool but at the same time more parts. Means more can go wrong. There is actually a way of preping your rear duals when you go to re mount them that if properly clean and torqued down, it'll ride smooth, and tires in the rear really won't ever need rotated unless its like a mud tire. Mainly because with a m/t your riding mainly on the lugs

It's better than having the MB diesel in a Ford. I swapped it in and it's both perfect and kinda cursed. Mostly because it's faster than it'ts stock V8 counterpart.

Hey Skape... I cannot remember which auto trans it takes but you do have to have the pressure plate and disc on for it to work. Great video as always!

So i believe you cant attach the gearbox to the engine if its not installed into the car, Also please dont forget to do the bolts up on the Fan!
@SkapeGote I am pretty sure when he made it to where the tires stay turn after you get out that he also made ti to where either engine has be bolted down to frame or the tranny has be bolted in frame for engine to attach now
its good that all is held by bolts and the cab and normal bed with welds but bed cab radiatorsupport and front quarter panels are held by bolts from under
btw i dont wanna flex but i built un from one beam i bought it from scrap yard i stripped it took all the railings and the last one i checked it was ruined but i replaced it when i was assembling and the end i had an straight six B200S

Fun fact: some broken items, like transmissions are worth high values at the pawn shop.
Fun fact two: the suspension on all vehicles is independent, even the truck. I can prove this to you. Go into the third person camera and drive one wheel up onto a raised bit of ground. Instead of wheel moving and pivoting connected to tje axle, it will move straight up and down relative to the vehicle.
I think the heavy duty hub that is spaced out is for dialysis try putting it on the rim and then install it

I had to go with a small base distributor in my trans am because of the tunnel ram I put on it. Made it a little easier, but not by much.
Was just about to give you crap for a clickbait title but at the last second you set the engine in
you cant attach the transmission to the engine.. you have to fit one or the other in the truck and then they bolt together

no torq converter in game, just uses flywheel, clutch, and pressure plate.

I thought the gearbox with the little black nub was for a diesel
I guess the reason that the transfer case and the front doff dont have separate options for locking amd ratios is because the dev was too lazy to implement that level of detail, and just made the rear diff act like a center diff and lock both front amd rear wheels, and change ratios. Whoch begs the question, why not kust have the transfer case have separate ratios and optional locking.
I don't know if the creator reads many comments but I have a suggestion, please add the episode number to the description or title. I'm a new subscriber and enjoy the content but I have to dig through videos to find the first one in the series so because of that I skip a bunch of videos. I enjoy this gameplay but have no idea which episode this is.
I just got a engine built, was driving along and POP blew a piston and head. I don't know why. Game is really buggy, had a head gasket just fall out while on the mount few days ago. Still fun though.
This games mechanics and better graphics would've been amazing 👏

Your brake line is near the rear left close to where the door would be.
You should've saved that trans for a mission saying "hard time changing the gears". If you get a wolf it's free money
I don't understand the issue you have with the bolts. at first I thought it was from an old version because it almost never happened to me when I started playing. but seeing you on the latest release with the issue as often as you do has me confused. I only have 66 hours in the game but I started playing in the last year.
