  • Can't stop worrying? Wondering do you have an anxiety disorder? In this anxiety test I ask a number of questions to determine if you have Generalized anxiety disorder.. These questions will help establish if you have the symptoms of Generalised Anxiety Disorder such as excessive worrying and the various physical anxiety symptoms that excessive worry and anxiety can bring.     The problem in the insurance driven US is that most therapists have more problems than the patients they're supposed to be treating. I've diagnosed potential counselors with anxiety PTSD histrionic borderline narcissism and every kind of ADHD imaginable. By and large the questionnaire done during the intake is so retraumatising, that it does more harm than good. I tried to work with a CBT counselor that literally tried to coach me into staying in a violent job telling me to "work the system" where I was nearly killed by gun violence repeatedly! That's why we go to RUclips to diagnose and help ourselves! So-called therapists in the US literally do more harm than good. I've solved my migraines with your suggestion to put a heating pad on the back of my head and neck and do the hypnotherapy relaxations every day and I have been solving my problems!

    Thank you for all the hard work, that you put into your videos, they are very helpful.
    One symptom that I am not really able to manage is derealisation. It touches at the very fabric of your existence and causes such horror that you to want to claw your brain out, so you don’t have to feel it any longer.
    You touched on the subject in one of your earlier videos, when describing a painting of how a panic attack looks like and I was wondering if you have any advice or insights on how to deal with this horrible symptom.

    Great series! Just wondering is getting nerves and racing heart when its your turn to present or speak in a meeting (sort of waiting /anticipation) a particular disorder?

    Hey I’m from India, Somehow i found your channel through algorithms, thanks to youtube. I’m scared to do workout since I got panic attacks, phobia, anxiety and I used to do google and saw ppl dying from heart while workout out..due to that whenever i exercise in gym my heartbeats gets stronger and faster please help me with that..doctor says it’s anxiety issue and i’m trying not to take stresss or any pressure but i think it’s Auto Nervous system build in my head can you help me to recover ?? How can I heal from Auto nervous..bcs heart beats gets irregular I feel and I also keep ping hand on chest every 2 mins to check heartbeats and my blood pressure also gets 145. Should I consult a psychiatrist or do self therapy or do something..due to Google searches my anxiety got worse and my mind got heavy and auto nervous mode..

    Hi Martin,
    I need your help. I get pain or swelling in the top part of my brain. This symptom happens every day especially in the morning and is alarming me. I had a brain MRI which showed nothing. I also had a blood test showing no problems.
    I am worried that I’m loosing my mind.
    Can you help please?

      Then there's nothing wrong with your brain. You are just afraid. Try the wim hof breathing and control your breathing.
