Great information.. love adding new tools ⚒️! The imagining is hard during a panic attack.. I have recently added forced yawning.. seems to relax the body and fool my brain!

Thanks Martin. Crucial life information. This should be taught in schools. Humans are still as primitive as we are technologically and intellectually advanced, and we need to be aware, accept and embrace those more ancient emotions and reactions of ours. Also when having a panic attack is better NOT to leave the place until you feel calm.
Yes it is best to stay where you are. When you flee, an association is made in the hippocampus between that place and danger. That makes it more likely to trigger a panic attack when you return in the future.
I feel dizzy and blurry vision during attacks what should I do??
Hi Martin. Your vids are helping me so much. Thank you so much. Any advise what to do when I feel faint? That is the reason for my silent panic attack. No triggers or what. It just happens my body will have twitching around tummy or I have this chest pain especially left side of it. Should I acknowledge the feeling of it? Because when that happens, I'm distracting myself like going at my phone or talking to someone.
Yes just acknowledge it and accept it. Any attempt to fight, distract or flee from a symptom just tends to prolong it and make it more likely to happen again in the future.

I was dealing with this more or less the way this video explains until this week without knowing. They were almost completely gone. Happened once a week at worst and very shortly. Although there additional useful info here. Massages, supplements etc. are a physical comfort only if you don't deal with this on cognitivie way.
However sadly just when I started getting my life back on track lile before, I got pressured to see a psychiatrist by family. I thought what harm could it do. I was given prozac and could only use it for 6 days. Side effects are horrible and I had to finally quit. It ruined all my progress. I was honestly 90% fine before this. Clearly it wasn't for me.

Driving is really tricky. Ideally you want to just carry on driving, focus on the road and let it pass. If you can do that you will fear driving less and therefore less likely to have a panic attack. However you have to put your safety first, so if the panic attack is severe enough to inhibit your ability to drive safely then you need to pull over as soon as it is safe to and then use the method shown in the video. Having driving in your desensitisation list is also a good idea. You can gradually increase the length of your journeys so that you fear it less.
