Great ideas. I actual own a few of these patterns already. Have made suits in the past but not for a long time. You inspire.

Your swimsuit looks great. I’ve just made the Papercut Kaia 2-piece and I’m so pleased with how it’s turned out. It’s a fantastic pattern

Great pattern choices!! I would recommend looking up Edgewater Ave as it has modern and stylish swimsuit patterns! The designer, Katie, has so many options for bikinis/one-pieces/coverups! I definitely recommend!

Great work. You’ll look stunning in that print.
I have Vogue 9255 in my hand as I’m watching and it will be my first ‘swimsuit’ as well. I purchased it because it’s for woven fabrics - I never feel supported by knits and I don’t care for underwire. Still on the fence with the cover, might make it a smidge longer. The top and bottom require linings, so I might just make it reversible.
    Safe travels!

Lovely. What thread did you use? And will you use special elastic?
