  • This guacamole is my favorite. I love to use it on salads mostly. This is such an easy recipe that you can use for anything and bring anywhere.

    🥑Quick Guacamole Recipe🥑
    Ingredients:
    3 large avocados, flesh only
    1 cup chopped cilantro
    1 large diced tomato
    1 medium diced red onion
    Juice of 3 limes
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Process:
    1. Mash avocados in a bowl.
    2. Add cilantro, tomato, and red onion. Mix well.
    3. Squeeze in lime juice.
    4. Season with salt and pepper.
    5. Adjust flavors to taste.
    6. Serve as a topping with salads, in wraps or perhaps a dip. I use this as a salad dressing!
    This is a high fat, low protein food. Be mindful when eating it depending on your goals.It’s important to be aware of the nutrient density of what you are consuming!
