And may we NEVER FORGET the BEAUTIFUL LEGACY he left to the world... in the love he had FOR us & shared WITH us thru his extraordinarily unique, most memorably moving, dear, beautiful, heart-on-his-sleeve music. I'm a 58 year-old grandmother A lover of music and I discovered Mac Miller in a video with Ariana grande and I thought, how cute, is this dude... Then I learned that Mac had died😭... And four months before he died, him and Ariana had broken up .... I wanted to know more, so I dove into swimming N circles....this guy right here, I find to be completely and totally amazing. HE was 26 years old, played three instruments, wrote songs, music, sang, and from what everyone said Mac was funny, charming sweet compassionate and just a beautiful soul inside and out and the white boy had rhythm... I truly believed he was just coming into himself. Circles and swimming is a trip into the heart and mind of an addicted, heartbroken, determined to survive, musically gifted legend... The guy was 26 years old when he wrote circles and the swimming albums.... Some of those tunes blow you out of the water...Can you imagine what he would have been writing when he was 36.... Such a tragedy.....

Not ashamed to say I shed tears when I found out he passed away. His music helped me with my anxiety and depression so much. He understood me without even knowing it. Feels like I lost an amazing friend that had a humongous fucking heart.

God I don’t want to minimize any of the more recent rappers deaths, but god this one hurt more than anything. We got to see Mac come up from nothing, created some amazing music trends, we saw him reach ultimate success and he was with Ariana grande and it was so cool to see this guy I had been listening too since he was 16 was doing so good. He really was just like me and it made me hopeful for the future. Then to see him get heartbroken and struggle and then to release this album it seemed like he was moving on and I thought maybe we will see Mac grow old and become a creative legend. The fact that I was going through drug addiction and got the news he died from the same shit hurt me to my core. He wasn’t someone who blew up for a half a year and then died, he was so close to making it out. He would have been as prolific a producer as Kanye and would be writing all the hits for people if he got the chance. True ass talent. I’ll miss you Mac

Been listening to Mac since I was 14 or so, im 27 now. He got me through alllllll of high school. It was such a weird complex feeling because of how different we are. I was so confused like how I felt so attached and close to a complete stranger, but understood me....his music has and always will touch my heart. When i heard he passed i cried like a BABY & pulled up the footage of him and arianna at the rave (eagle ballroom) in the haunted basement and went down memory lane of how his music guided me through different phases in my life..... And oddly, was a little mad at arianna, but my heart hurts for her too, cause she damn near let her soulmate go unknowingly.... Miss him & his musically genius brain dearly and I know if he was still here he would be KILLING THE GAME ❤️🔥 RIP Mac we will forever miss & love you man 😔 thank you for being you, forever grateful 🙏🏾

Mac Miller died one month after my at the time 18 month old son was diagnosed with leukemia on top of dealing with a serious long lasting work injury to my spine. Was a super dark time for me. But his music continues to help left me up on dark days. Son is now 5, is in remission, back is healed up about as much as its going to. Life is alright. Thanks for keeping me in the fight Mac 🤙

Lost my brother 3 years ago on June 19th 2020 and right before that I found out my girlfriend of 10 years (on and off ) was cheating on me in our own home for the last 6 months I was with her. Whenever I want to hurt someone or something I just turn this guy on. Rest in heaven Mac you truly are missed dude ❤ miss you zay
