  • During the defamation trial on Tuesday, a pre-recorded deposition of Officer Melissa Saenz was played for the court. In this deposition, she spoke about a dispatch call she received about a possible domestic violence situation at Johnny Depp's apartment after Amber Heard's friend called 911. Saenz testified about the situation, from arrival to the moment she left. She stated she saw no visible signs of crime or damage to the apartment and injuries on Heard.

It seems inconsistent, but not necessarily. The call was for domestic violence. Whether she perceived an actual violent encounter or not it would be procedure to hand out a card, based on the call. Not all violence leaves a mark, so she was being prudent and professional, in case she wanted to come forward with more evidence that could indicate an assault.

Howard stern is jealous of Johnny because people genuinely like Johnny… Howard is the perverted annoying drunk uncle everyone just kind of tolerates because he’s there, and he’s related somehow, and no one has the heart to tell him to GO AWAY Because he never really harms anyone and sometimes tells some pretty good jokes…. I never knew a self proclaimed narcissist that’s as full of themselves as Stern is can possibly be (especially at this point in his career) allowed to call or label someone other than himself as being a “narcissist” or acting in a “narcissistic way”. The only thing Stern can possibly get from calling Johnny a narcissist is just another label of himself being a hypocrite. Which makes sense as it would only be another check of his long list of mental defects.

Repetition is a strategy to drill your major point's in jury's head. Like how Depp's lawer made sure to ask dozen of times that if she have seen anything out of order that can give any clue about domestic violence taking place.
After dozens of answers of 'she havent' this point is drilled in jury's head that nothing was out of order and heard was not injured at that point and time . (This hugely supports Depp's case)

Heard's attorney is basically worthless. She pretty much is making JD's case for him by covering harping on a legal document that was not used as there was no injury or damage. She knew she made a mistake when the officer said she did not fill it out as the call did not meet the threshold legally. It hits home to the jury that she had no injuries or else the paper would have been filled out by the officer. That speaks to AH doing things to cause JD harm, both legally and personally.

I feel so sorry for this officer, imagine sitting there having to listen to, and repeatedly answer 'why water is wet?' type questions, I really dislike this attorney she's so boring and repetitive.

    This tedious probing is ridiculous.
Are they hoping the police officer will mess up and accidentally say whatever it is they're attempting to frame her to say?
Asking her is aware she's sworn in, and irrelevant details that no-one would recall 5 years later and even then, could they truly say that anything added today would become 'new' evidence?
No, they cannot say that, the police report is the only evidence standing and as there was only written up notes and no report due to the 'uncooperative' caller AH - then that's literally the end !!

This lawyer is such a clown! Asking the police officer, “Do you have a notebook? Where do you keep it?” Ummm…what? How is this even relevant to the incident and the actual report that didn’t even have to be filled out? I think this woman just likes to hear herself talk.

Actually, she knows that an officer should make entries daily so each year you’d have a new memo book in storage or in your locker. Most officers don’t keep that up after they past probation, only making entries of important incidents. But the department policy is daily entries, the lawyer knows that. She’s being petty trying to shake the officers confidence.
