I myself love tiny homes but for a lot of people it's their only option and that shouldn't be what the "American dream" is. Unfortunately a lot of companies swoop in and drive the prices up and now a lot of tiny homes aren't even affordable.
From what I gathered from this show you can buy two Houses from ITH for what most other manufacturers get for one. To be able to buy a complete house for well under $50,000 is definitely an American dream in 2024.
