I tell ya the Yankees have a lot of star power that played lackluster because of injuries last year but this year will be very different those guys already look very good that is LeMaheiu Torres and Hicks I tell ya the Yankees hurt last year because these guys had bad years last year that won’t be the case this one plus the starting rotation and the bullpen the bullpen is electric every guy that comes out is 95+ I’ve never seen this as a Yankee fan im almost 30 years watching the team this is the most rock solid bullpen I’ve ever seen by the Yankees as a Yankees fan

The Jays couldn't pick up Cortes' fastball even a little bit, he kicked ass out there. And I thought Kikuchi was pretty good considering the righty heavy Yankee's lineup, but the ump's garbage strike zone took away the most important part of the plate for him, up and away to righties. He was throwing strike after strike on that corner with fastballs, back door cutters and breaking pitches, and they were called balls time after time. I can't wait for robot umps. It's a disappointing result, but you can't win them all.
