I’ve got the MK3 for a couple of years now. It took me a while to get good enough with it as there are so many possibilities!! I’m so happy the Maschine software evolved over time and it still does!! I’ve created a few songs with it, no other DAW involved, did use the Ozone 10 mastering plugin. Amazing results!! This year I will produce many songs using only MK3 and the NI Maschine software!!

I concur! I started with a Maschine mikro years ago and just got the MK3 this past Christmas. Watching the company’s software grow as been amazing and I think there attempting to develop into a full blown DAW. If you consider how intricate the compatibility of the software and controllers are it’s just a matter of time as updates and development takes time. Bottom line they haven’t let their foot of the pedal. It just a matter of time and as I see it they are Looking more and more like Ableton (capability wise) as time passes. I made some cool tracks only using Maschine and I don’t have near the experience and background as many. Excited to see what the future holds

I use kontact in MPC software because MPC software is effortlessly to use everything is in your face also you can transpose each sequence and have crazy beat switches. I transpose my intro -3 my hook normal , my first 4 bars +3 my second 4 bars -2 , my brake down - 3 .the changes in the beat by transposing is unreal. I have FL studio , ableton , logic , reason 13 that my brother just installed on my MacBook but nothing beats MPC software it’s simple and puts out a powerful sound that I had to spend time in FL to achieve. Most of the things bro said in this video I do in MPC software in seconds , I have an alesis vi25 with 16 MPC style pads plus the keys . I have a mascine mk2 that I sometimes use with my MPC software

I’d buy the MK3 in a heart beat, but two things hold me back.
    1.) I don’t see the real advantage.
Cool, Mk3 has a soundcard, but I don’t care, has an FX strip, don’t care, is smaller and lighter than the Maschine Studio, don’t care; I’m 100% of the time at home, and if I travel I’ll take my Mikro MK2 with me.

Giving me some pride in owning my white studio. You forgot to mention the jam which supposedly has been proven more useful in current day. I can work quickly with Maschine, but I use a lot of workarounds and because of this quick workflow I hit a wall on my cpu capabilities before I get where I want.

Cpu intensive processes? Have you tried the drag and drop function or printing audio inside of Maschine?
