If you’re mostly here for the Scarlet/Violet discussion, it starts at 37:36 @Pokemon Champion League, at some point in the future could we get these where there is some way to tell who is speaking, maybe an icon above the avatars or something? At times it can be hard keeping track of who is speaking if you’re not familiar with a particular person’s channel. Idk if this would be too much of a pain to do editing wise, just an idea.
@@Ghoastie_toastiez_animationNo, I mean exactly what I said. It’s literally the start of the first discussion point. It isn’t open to interpretation. 😂
Scarlet and Violet do show that Game Freak is indeed trying, they have the people, they have the money, they have the resources, the only thing that they didn’t have was time, that’s why I also hope The Pokémon Company let’s them take it slow for the next couple of years and that Gen 10 will be in 2026 and not 2025
The Pokemon franchise is basically a giant factory. They have to keep making games and continue the anime so that the Pokemon Company can keep selling more merchandises, which is their biggest income. They would lose a lot if Gamefreak took time to make their games. But with the way it's going, it's probably going to implode anyway.
I think the plan for Gen 9 is: 2022 - SV 2023 - SV DLC 2024 - 3D Johto game (Let’s Go/Pokémon Legends/regular 3D remake of Gold/Silver 2025 - Gap year/spin-off titles 2026 - Gen X on new Nintendo console
I played through the game with my cousin and the first team star base we fought was mela due to her being right next to brassius and klawf and he got creamed even with a water starter and I only won due to me remembering that I had items and that I had a dachsbun which is immune to fire so that fight made me love the line of Fidough and Dachsbun
My problem when people talk about how many features from legends were missing is they are two completely different games with legends supposed to show Pokémon in the past so off course there would be Pokémon attacking you and mud balls to hide from them and it would be more optimal back then to not fight them using your Pokémon and just sneak up while s/v is in the modern times and supposed to have things be the same since why would people need to attack Pokémon using mud balls and need to dodge roll you get me.
My team for violet was skeledirge, Dachsbun, arboliva, revavroom, bellibolt, and my first shiny ever Hariyama while my cousin’s team for scarlet was Quaquaval, clodsire, tinkaton, annihalape, pawmot, and a ceruledge which I had to evolve a charcadet then trade it to him so he could use so I didn’t really use popular Pokémon and he used all popular ones and I kept saying Fidough mvp and Dachsbun mvp especially for mela
Scarlet and Violet sacrificed difficulty for story. I hope black and white 3 make the perfect pokemon game with it being pretty hard and have a great story
I have to disagree with you. This was the hardest game in the series for me but I went through with a bug only team and couldn't use items, Tera, preemptive switching or reviving during battle.

Gorochu should be a Paradox Pokémon.
We have a lot of wild Raichu in Area Zero.
Hope they'll think about it when they make their overpriced DLCs

Lokix was probably my favorite new Pokemon on my team. Chainsaw man bug was badass

Sounds promising. Johto is right next to kanto, so it sounds fun.

do mega tier list
Would slap but ngl I think they might actually kill each other
Quaquaval is equally based as Skeledirge.
Also, Canary Islands as dlc woul be sweet.

I've seen multiple people get wiped by certain bosses in the game including the bug gym leader lol
I have to disagree with you right there. I went through the story with no pokemon at all
I didn’t actually get any glitches and the game ran great and I played mostly multiplayer with my cousin
Compare SV to SwSh, not PLA.
