Bought one because my wife wanted it. I have also been blown away by it and do not understand why Jaguar is not selling more of them. Yes it is expensive, but it is far better made than the Tesla's I have seen and it is so cool. I took it on a long drive from Toronto to Ottawa and actually made 400km on a charge by using eco mode and taking an 80kph road. Regularly 350 Km range, but in the winter it plummets 220-240km.

In the states they can be had for around $60k USD (SE model). The actual range with 20" wheels, in non freezing weather is around 220 miles (closer to 170 the way you were driving it). Fuel (electricity) cost are 1/3 to 1/6 for similar range, and maintenance is every 20k miles or so (less expensive and less frequent than traditional).

    Have an HSE
Love it. After you drive any EV for a while, you won't go back to ICE

Our friend has one as a company car. Really nice but as it was a very early build car (one of the first in the country) it’s spent longer at Jaguar than with him... really nice car though and super fast. I’ve also been in a model X and woah you thought this was fast it’s another level! Maybe see if you can get one and compare to your Defender... Cheers, Oliver.

A lot less maintenence cost than your Land Rover and more reliable that's for sure. And best of all 0 emissions!
