First Time Winter Camping Using Only a Tarp for Shelter (IN A SNOWSTORM!!!)

What better way to enjoy a snowstorm then to pack up your camping gear and head out into the thick of it!! Somehow, I convinced my friend to join me on this excursion so off we went to spend the next 24 hours setting up a tarp shelter, collecting firewood and telling stories around the fire. Even with all of the snow, heavy winds and the cold temperature we managed to make it through the night and we are even still friends... I think.
