I listened to this a super long time ago, but I never realized until now the same person that arranged this would also go on to be one of the main 3 of Project Destati. Kudos Kristin!
Neku Sakuraba I'd be more interested to see Sora fight his Heartless. We had him fight Roxas so let go the extra mile. And I don't mean the little brawl in Coded. I want the ultimate clash b/w his light and darkness.
Steven Heymann Sora _is_ his own heartless though. He just gained human form thanks to Kairi, similar to how Ansem gained his human form by possessing Riku. Anti-form is the proof of that.
At 6:04- Cutscene A mysterious man figure in armor strikes from above preventing Xehanort from trying to kill a knocked down Sora At 6:07- Small dialogue/cutscene Sora: *looks up and gasps at man* Kairi: "Sora!" Donald: "Wha! Who is that?!" Goofy: *shrugs at Donald in awe* Mickey: "Wait a second, that armor-" Ven: "C-can it be-?" Aqua: "But, how-" Riku: *split second memory search* Everyone: *Gasp* At 6:26- The epic part The armor fades off and blasts Xehanort back with a radiant explosive ring of light. Everything dims down revealing a reborn/resurrected man who was once lost but has now found his was back to his friends Terra: "It's time we finished this old man" Everyone: "TERRA!!!"
One last situation command. Sora throws Xehanort up in the air, and Terra smashes him back into the ground, then dives down and does a move similar to Link's Ending Blow. The battle is over.
the funny thing is the beginning of this fan made music . was in the final battle at the graveyard . I think Square Enix got permission to use this guy's music after kairi died
I completely love the way "Terra" and "Darkness of the Unknown" mix together, almost dancing one around the other, so similar and so different. The soundtrack is overall magnificent, but that piece is really majestic.
This has only become even more impressive with time. It’s as if you wrote the score for the version of the Keyblade War and final battle with Xehanort that so many KH fans daydreamed about over the years. Have you ever considered remaking this one? You’ve evolved as a musician and this is absolutely deserving of revisiting someday if you find the time!
Great job! I felt like to just witnessed my entire childhood flash before my eyes. Which is what music should do. Either bring a specific emotion, memory, or creativeness into someone. And all these were brought up several times in this track. Again, good job!
Rebellious Treecko i actually heard the voicework was the first things they did for kh3 since they couldnt work on anything else due to 15 being main priority, so supposedly they got their dialogue placed in before dying, meaning you'll hear them...but this was their final work before passing.
...this is by far, hands down, my favorite FM track of all time. It sounds so legitimate that I can't help but keep playing it over and over again. Keep up the excellent work.
Square was inspired by you lol, they really did mashup various boss themes together for the final battles, and some of the other themes played during the ending, like The Key of Light, are remade in an epic fashion like you did
This is excellent and very respectful of Yoko’s work. I love your use of “Dive to the Heart” and “Destati,” but especially “Xehanort’s theme,” “Key of Darkness” and “Dearly Beloved.” Your transitions are very nice, too. The actual final boss theme is a shame, but we can hope with all our hearts that Shimomura still composes something original for it and they patch it in. To not have that distinctive KH Shimomura sound at the grand finale was like a piece of KH’s heart was missing. Good luck to you with your future music!
As someone who's grown up with Kingdom Hearts and is pretty much skin and dust without it, this is one of the best fan-arranged tracks I've ever heard. I really like how well you complied each song together for one momentous "final arrangement", and I'm especially in love with how triumphant it sounds. You won me when Dark Impetus--my favorite boss battle track to date--played :D. Keep up the excellent work!
In order, the pieces I used are: "The Key of Darkness" + "Destati" "Xehanort" "Dark Impetus" "Keyblade Graveyard" "Terra" "Darkness of the Unknown" "Fight to the Death" "Critical Drive" "Organization XIII" (with fragments all around the mix) "Aqua" "Forze del Male" "Riku" "Sora" "End of the World" "Dearly Beloved" (with two measures of Roxas) "The Key of Light" + "Destati" Good job!
The battle would probably be split into several segments. (Sora) Information: Defeat Master Xehanort and save the World! Attack alongside Donald and Goofy with Limit moves to do more damage! (Riku) Information: Defeat Ansem, Seeker of Darkness! Use the Reaction Command to turn the Power of Darkness against him! (Lingering Will) Information: Defeat Xemnas and take back your body! (Terra) Information: Defeat Master Xehanort! *Master Xehanort escapes and summons the rest of his "darknesses"* (Kairi) Information: Defeat all of the Heartless while defending Kingdom Hearts! Fill the Light Gauge to use Ultima! (Aqua) Information: Defeat Vanitas! Use D-Links to do more damage! (Ventus) Information: Defeat Vanitas while D-Linked with him! Execute commands perfectly to fill the Command Gauge and use a Finish Command! (Mickey) Information: Defeat the possessed Maleficent and Pete! (Lea) Information: Defeat Young Xehanort! (Roxas) Information: Fight alongside Xion to defeat Organization XIII! Use two Keyblades to outmatch the enemy! (Xion) Information: Fight alongside Roxas to defeat Organization XIII! You can use Limit attacks without the required party members. (Sora and Riku) Information: Defeat Master Xehanort and free Kingdom Hearts from his control! "It's over." "No...I was only the first! There will always be... Another." ("Xehanort", if you rearrange all the letters except X, can spell "Another", among other anagrams.)
darkmay200 Maybe not always. But if Kingdom Hearts 4 was to be made Sora would be a protagonist in that game as well, so much was confirmed. Maybe one day we get a new generation of keyblade wielders to follow
I listened practically all kh3 themes now that the game was released. They're all simply FANTASTIC!! But this one... This one has something special! It's in an even higher level
Thank you! And sure! It begins with a mix of "The Key of Darkness" and "Destati". From there, the pieces are "Xehanort", "Dark Impetus", "Keyblade Graveyard", "Terra", "Darkness of the Unknown", "Fight to the Death", "Critical Drive", "Organization XIII", "Aqua", "Forze del Male", "Riku", "Sora", "End of the World", "Dearly Beloved", and it ends with "The Key of Light" mixed with "Destati". :)
This is a phenomenal piece for a fan arrangement! Fantastic job! I can envision Sora, Riku, Mickey, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Roxas, and their other main allies against Master Xehanort, Young Xehanort, Ansem, Xemnas, Braig, Isa, Vanitas (Guessing), Riku Replica (Guessing), and the other currently unknown members of the True Organization XIII in the final battle of the entire saga.
Field of Reeds It's all on a website called Noteflight. www.noteflight.com/#/search/thesoundofmusic1998 Anything with Thesoundofmusic as the username is mine.
This was release last year and I barely listened to it. Kingdom Hearts is my favorite game series and I must say thank you for staying faithful to the music style as wells as making this a highly possible addition that can be put into the game. Good job.
When it hits the Dearly Beloved section, it's just like... ohhh so beautiful. 6:32 in particular. I hope miss Shimomura does something like that at least during the ending cutscene.
Imagine the last battle. Instead of three or four stages of Sora against Xehanort, you had three separate fights going on: Riku, Kairi and the Gang (except Sora) vs the 13 Xehanorts in final battle arena; Sora vs Xehanort on Stairway to Kingdom Hearts Young Eraqus vs Young Xehanort somewhere in the past (like a big Naruto vs Sasuke thing😂) And it all leads to the final stage in Kingdom Hearts! (THAT EPIC FINAL BATTLE😭😭😭)
This is actually my second time listening to this theme and I love it so much. Due to the pretty low chance of this theme being used in the game, I can only hope whatever Yoko Shimomura comes up with for KH3 is a good as this. Thanks for making this theme. Very awesome.
james valcourt If i'm not wrong, one of the first things that they did working on KH3 was to make the voices, and before they died, they could finish that, so KH3 was their last work.
When I get my hands on KH3 for the PS4 when it comes out. I'm going to sit at the menu screen and hear Dearly Beloved before starting the game. I've been waiting for so long... just wish it can come out sooner.
Wow..... I listened to this for my first time I thought this was straight from kingdom hearts 3!!! You are very talented!!! Thank you for your work and I hope for more!
My gawd, this is beautiful. I really enjoy that this isn't incredibly loud or grand (though grandness is present), going not for the massive epicness that would be the climax, but instead appealing to the more emotional impact of the finality. Fantastic work, I really love it
Great arrangement! Here's my idea for how the final battle would go: Phase I: Maleficent Melee (Sora and co. are preparing for the big fight with Xehanort when Maleficent and her band of Disney villains launch a surprise attack. Sora and co. must face them all off) Phase II: The Second Keyblade War (After a bit of fighting, Maleficent and co. realize they are evenly matched with the heroes and both parties decide to form a truce to take down Xehanort once and for all. The Second Keyblade War then commences. The Forces of Light and Darkness, respectively led by the 7 Heroes of Light and the 13 Dark Seekers, would have their great clash. It would play out like a gigantic Dynasty Warriors-style hack-and-slash) Phase III: Freeing Terra, Part 1 (Sora and co. track down Xehanort after plowing their way through Unversed, Heartless, Nobodies, and assorted non-Maleficent affiliated Disney villains and Final Fantasy villains. Xehanort has assumed the form of Terranort to taunt the heroes. However, before the heroes can make their move, Ansem SoD and Xemnas appear to do some damage) Phase IV: Freeing Terra, Part 2 (Sora and co. have seemingly finished off Ansem SoD and Xemnas. However, they come back, and they are joined by Young Xehanort and Vanitas. All four villains quickly overwhelm the heroes. However, before all four villains can strike, Terra's Lingering Will jumps into the fray. The Lingering Will has all of his moves from KHII Final Mix, so it's him vs. Ansem SoD, Xemnas, Young Xehanort, and Vanitas) Phase V: Freeing Terra, Part 3 (Having defeated the four, Sora and co. plus the Lingering Will turn their attention to Terranort. The fight for Terra begins at last!) Phase VI: Trouble with Braig (Terra is freed, and Xehanort is reverted back to his original Old Man self. However, as a result of the clash between Light and Dark, the X-Blade has been successfully re-forged. Xehanort goes to collect the apocalyptic weapon while dispatching Braig to deal with the heroes. As the heroes do battle with Braig, the piece of Xehanort's heart within Braig begins to activate, and Braig slowly and painfully becomes a Xehanort clone as the battle rages on) Phase VII: Xehanort, God of Darkness (Braignort is defeated. However, the heroes are too late - Xehanort has the X-Blade in his clutches and has summoned the true Kingdom Hearts. Xehanort enters the true Door to claim Kingdom Hearts's power; Sora and co. give chase) Phases VIII - XI: Battle with a God (Sora and co. catch up with Xehanort and do battle with him. At this point, Xehanort has successfully gained Kingdom Hearts's power and assumed a particularly monstrous gargantuan God form. They are all in this dark void overseeing the slow destruction of the worlds as they all become distorted - think Final Destination from Super Smash Bros., particularly the Brawl and Smash 4 versions. In this form, Xehanort has different "tiers" like the fight with Kefka in Final Fantasy VI or the World of Chaos in Kingdom Hearts I. First, you play as Mickey, Donald, and Goofy. Then, Roxas, Lea, and Xion. Then, Sora, Riku, and Kairi. Lastly, Ventus, Terra, and Aqua) Phase XII: Dive into the Heart of Darkness (As a last ditch attempt to finish off the heroes, a severely weakened Xehanort -restored back to his normal form - channels all of his amassed darkness and attempts to forcefully merge Sora and co. into his monstrous Dark Kingdom Hearts. Everyone is incapacitated except Sora himself. Sora and Xehanort both Dive into the Heart, taking shots at each other while doing so. The fight plays out like the Dream Drop missions in KH3D) Phase XIII: The Last Stand (Sora and Xehanort both arrive in the distorted Dive to the Heart - a forced link between Sora's pristine heart and Xehanort's malformed heart. Both decide to just have it then and there - no more tricks, no more God powers, no more nothing. Just a one-on-one duel to the death, Keyblade to Keyblade) Aftermath: After a long, hard fight, Sora emerges victorious; Xehanort is slain. The old Master's reign of terror is over. Light is restored, the worlds go back to normal, and Sora's friends are freed from the Darkness. However, before he gives his last breath, Xehanort mentions to Sora that this was only the beginning, and that the Prophecy will be fulfilled yet. Sora notices that the Eye in Xehanort's Keyblade begins to quiver, as if recording something. Xehanort fades for good, but No Name remains. Regardless, the heroes all return home and throw a big party. Yen Sid gives Sora and co. his sincerest thanks, and even mentions that they could probably start training Keyblade Masters of their own sometime. Meanwhile, in a post-credits stinger, Maleficent, who had run off in the fracas, stumbles upon a big black box of some sort. She sports a particularly fiendish grin when she realizes what it is...
Maybe there will be a 14th true final battle: Xehanort fused with the other 12 darknesses fight against Sora with the other 6 lights inside the true Kingdom Hearts!
Why does this comment have so few likes?! I'd love for this to be how the final fight to go down! Except have Sora and co. go through the distorted worlds and fight the other 12 darknesses in their respective worlds(Like how Young Xehanort is in Toy Box, Vanitas in the Monsters Inc. world, etc.). Have Sora and co. do some backtracking like we did in Re:Coded with Data-Riku's system. That would give some good cutscenes to Sora and co. to see the damage that Master Xehanort has done and give them all the more motivation to defeat him. I feel like Square should incorporate every major detail of their previous installments into KH3. The Re:Coded thing I mentioned before, (Re:)Chain of Memories' card mechanic(ideally against Luxord and his respective world), the dropping system from Dream Drop Distance, and all that jazz. While it may seem redundant and tedious, it'll give the hardcore, and diehard KH fans some nostalgic feelings to make KH3 all the more impactful to them(us)
honestly, i believe this would be more fitting for a credits song. it is INSANE, but it lacks the tension for a battle theme. it is way too calm in comparison to the regular boss themes. constructive critique, not trolling. it truly is gorgeous.
Usually hearing a battle theme on its own mightn't give off the feel needed for a battle. You'd have to hear it play in the fight itself. That's just me though.
no no no man, **start the song** the boss is huge ,an unimaginable size and your far far FAR way from its head but begin your assault, the boss throws at you all kinds of attacks... this song is just you and all your friends and allies one bye one giving you aid to get to the top in epic fashion. its not a final battle, just build up when you get to the top.
TheLPRnetwork Maybe there would be a way to split the music in half. Picture this: we have the guardians and seekers fighting in the Keyblade Graveyard. Both sides fight fiercely and the x-blade is destroyed. Afterwards, their is a massive explosion. Then we cut to Sora and Master Xehanort waking up on the Destiny Islands. And THAT'S where the real final battle begins.
Steven Heymann I would love that during the Keyblade war, the x-blade is forged and and Master Xehanort defeats everyone, and then, a cloud of sand appears, with Lingering Will inside, he stands up, raise his sword and one of the last battle begins, then can happen what you said.
Play dark cloud 2 the final boss has 3 phases, and the thirds music is just a violin, a really soft one, it fits perfectly, it kinda symbolizes the fact that hes so strong, not even music can stand strong in his wake, and I think that fits for a final battle
first i want to thank you for such an amazing video, and the colab of music, KH is a game i would want my children playing because its such a work of art, thanks for this amazing song by the way, keep up the great work
Every time I listen to this my expectations for the game ramp up just that little bit more. Nothing will come between me and KH3 the day it is released. Then I will sit and cry at the menu screen for 6 hours before finally beginning the game. For some people Toy Story was the fictional universe they grew up with, for me it was Kingdom Hearts.
Both impacted my childhood but the memories of playing Kingdom Hearts on the PS2 with my sister and late mum are the ones that are the most vivid and precious to me. :)
This is probably the greatest fan arrangement I have ever heard. It is a perfect blend of everything that happened during the Xehenort saga. I hope Shinomura does something similar to this!
This was a really great song here! I love how you pretty much melded most of the main theme songs of the game (mostly the songs of the Xehanorts and then others like Dearly Beloved) and it all works. Great job!
The Riku's theme and Dearly Beloved parts are just awesome ! 5:42 I'm imagining Sora fighting against Xehanort under the moon in the Keyblade graveyard...
I don't think this is powerful enough to be a final boss theme, but it is DEFINITELY an amazing piece to listen to. Hopefully you do more pieces like this in the future! Great job :)
"Never in my most terrifying dreams could I have imagined it. So this... This is the end you promised us. One final, inexorable tide of darkness to wipe away creation. Worlds fell; stars went out like dying candles against the blackened skies. In the heat of battle, no, in simply trying to survive, I finally gathered the strength to look to the heavens. They were inseparable from this hell below. In that moment, my heart gave up. Despair overtook me. I fell to my knees, cursing that blood-red sigil in the sky, the one that had perverted and twisted our sun into betrayal. Around me, friends and family fell to the Great Malevolent Force. I knew my planet wouldn't be the first to die, nor the last. Simply one of many. But... There was a voice. One that spoke out against the darkness, shattering my despair and filling what was left of my soul with a burning hope. She said She was our Creator, our Mother, and that we were Her children. She said that She would stand with us against the darkness, against the Destroyer. She said that She would do anything for us, as we are all important. If She had to fight forever, if that's what it took for life to have a tomorrow, She wouldn't give it a second thought. She said, no promised us, that there would be a dawn, an end to this Midnight. And in that moment, I made my choice. I took up my sword, because I'd rather perish fighting for what was right, fighting for all those around me, fighting for the fallen, and fighting for what I believed in. Because I'd rather die for something... Than die for nothing. My voice joined the uncountable trillions across the cosmos, That dared to speak out against Archaos. We stood against the Destroyer. All of creation, united for the first time, and the last time. Don't wait for me in the beyond, my family. I'll be there soon."
You did SUCH a brilliant job on this, I was blown away! So many songs and so beautifully mixed together, I could really picture the final battle while listening to this. Well done *slow clap* well done.
0_0 Wow. This is just...wow. I really hope KHIII will have a compilation medley for a final battle that's at least half as epic as this. Every final battle (and or secret bosses) we ever fought rolled into one track.
Without a doubt, whether or not it's an actual role or just an appearance. She is, after all, one of the people that need to be "saved", and her cameo in KH3D says to me that she'll be back in pretty rendered glory.
Here's how I think the final battle will go. Intro: All the guardians of light and seekers of darkness except for Sora and MX are either dead or incapacitated. MX congratulates Sora on making it this far, admits that the light and darkness within every Guardian and Seeker is not enough to recreate the X-Blade and orders Sora to fight him. Sora refuses, saying it will give MX what he wants. MX laughs and reveals that he somehow has captured the six other Princesses of Heart(Kairi was among the Guardians). MX threatens to steal their hearts if Sora does not fight him. Sora has no choice. Stage 1: A typical keyblade duel. MX is a lot faster and more powerful than in BBS, likely because he no longer underestimates Sora and uses some dark magic. Xehanort's battle phrases 1. "Conceive!" 2. "Bow to the darkness, boy!" 3. "There can be one true Keyblade Master!" Getting hit 1. "Surely, you can do better." 2. "Impressive, boy." 3. "Your anger strengthens me." 4. "Submit to me!" Stage 2: MX begins lifting the earth creating cliffs like in BBS, Sora has to at times hop from rocks to rocks while dodging attacks from MX to reach him and beginning a battle similar to stage one but faster and more intense. 2nd phase quotes 1. "All hearts shall fall to darkness!" 2. "All is lost to you!" 3. "Your heart can't save you!" 4. "No light can stop me!" Stage 3: Xehanort banishes his Keyblade and summons the Guardian and his Ethereal Blades. He now begins to teleport a lot more while swinging even faster and more unpredictably, and the guardian makes surprise ambushes while also launching balls of darkness and fire. 3rd phase quotes 1. "In the end I will have the X-Blade!" 2. "Your friends can't help you now boy." 3. "You are losing strength." 4. "The end is near." Cinematic: Sora collapses. He has managed to (barely) keep up with MX, but his limits are reached. MX stops fighting as well. He snaps his fingers, and the Keyblade Graveyard vanishes, and is replaced by the End of the World. MX asks Sora if he remembers this place. Sora says he does, and says this is where they fought their first battle. MX says this will also be where Sora sees MX's triumph, for their battle has allowed for the X-Blade to be recreated, and it appears in MX's hand. MX also tells Sora to turn around. Sora does so, and sees that the Door to Kingdom Hearts is there. Sora tries to get back up, but falls. MX laughs and says while Sora is the deadliest opponent he has ever faced, he lacks the experience and skill that comes with age. But before he can open the door, Kairi appears via her glider or a newly established method of transportation called light pathways and using her power as a Princess of Heart, and her Keyblade's power, slashes the X-Blade in two. Half of the X-Blade moves to Sora where it turns into a Keyblade of Pure Light, while the other half stays with MX and turns into a Keyblade of Pure Darkness. MX is utterly shocked and begins to break down because he now has only half of the power he desires. He orders Sora to give him the other half of the X-Blade, Sora, now fully restored to his strength refuses. MX, now truly terrified, uses his dark X-Balde's power to transform into some sort of dark eldritch abomination, while Sora uses his light X-Blade to transform into some sort of angelic heavenly version of himself. . Final Stage: MX goes all out assault with relentless and un-blockable attacks with his X-Blade combined with summoned Heartless, Nobodies, Unversed, Bugs, and Nightmare Dream eaters. He also launches beams of darkness and dark blasts from the ground. Final Phase quotes 1: "Your power will belong to me!" 2: "Give me the Light half of the X-Blade" 3: "I won't lose to you again!" 4: "Kingdom Hearts is mine!" End: A quick time event is triggered. MX launches one last beam of darkness, Sora returns fire with a beam of light. The two beams smash into eachother. Do some button mashing to keep MX's beam from overpowering yours, and eventually it will push MX's beam back. MX gets hit and screams in pain from the power of Light. Sora turns back into his normal form, lunghes foreword, the screen goes black and a slash appears on the screen. End cutscene: MX has turned back to normal. His X-blade leaves his hand much to his horror and goes to Sora. Light and Darkness merge to reform the X-Blade in Sora's hand. MX is now utterly helpless. He rants about how this is impossible. How could the X-Blade serve Sora and not him. Sora says that the X-Blade is meant to protect Kingdom Hearts, not allow someone to control it, something MX has done. The doors of Kingdom Hearts swing open bathing the two in light. Suddenly Kingdom hearts begins pulling MX in. MX rants that this can't be happening, how could he have lost, and he still refuses to admit defeat. Just as he's finally pulled in he screams the cliche we all know and love "NOOOOOOOOOO!" Kingdom Hearts disentigrates MX. Master Xehanort is finally, and permanently, dead.
This! This is what I wanted out of the final boss theme! A recalling of the journey taken, of the people met along the way, ending with the most important pieces in the franchise: Destati, Light of the Worlds, and Dearly Beloved.
Sora, Riku, Kairi, now with a master armor, donald and goofy, looking for answers, then aqua and ventus ( rescued by sora ) looking for terranort for save him, and Lea searching for some method to separate Roxas of sora's heart without destroy his heart.
Man... that second "Dearly Beloved" sounds like someone good made a sacrifice for everybody else to win the battle... This is too awesome! More please!
I wish I could play this over the actual final boss track for KH3. Not that there was anything wrong with the Destati/Rage Awakened mashup they used, but I feel that this more fully embodies all of the emotion and feeling coming to a head with this battle.
This fan-song turned out to be better than the actual game's final boss we waited half a decade for. It was a punch to the gut when I heard that theme in KH3. It angered me. But this actually has real instruments and real climatic feel to it.
Information (Sora): Defeat the Last Seeker of Darkness and Escape Kingdom Hearts. Information (Riku): Defeat Xehanort. And claim the X~Blade. Information (Young Eraqus): Save Young Xehanort from Master Xehanort and return to your own time.
Thanks so much, you've made my day!! This project was one of my favorites to arrange, and I'm working on more battle mixes to try and improve on it. :) Thanks for listening!
this is amazing. Sounds like one of the real deals right there. This, or some variation of it, needs to be in the final battle against Xehanort and all his Nort'd companions!
This was absolutely awesome. It is kinda like what I would expect the KH3 final boss theme to be like. The use of leitmotifs all around is probably what Shimomura does best with the soundtrack (though abit more subtle). And, just as you used Dearly Beloved for the finale, I will be severly disappointed if Shimomura doesn't do that as well! xD
knowing them, Xehanort won't even be teh mastermind. THey'll pull a 3d and bring a new mastermind for the final battle.. ya know.. cause they love messing with us?
+Bobby Rare I was thinking that might be the focus of their next arc....either that or some bullshit brings xehanort back again but as a pawn or something =_=
This brought a manly tear to my eye. Excuse my language but fucking beautiful. I love it when a compilation piece is put together so well. Now to do something illegal that will make me feel bad for three weeks tops and download this track so I can listen to it on the go!
i always imagine this: first phase: xehanort has created a dark X-blade, and shattered the one the warriors were using, forged from fragments of the hearts of some worlds. however, the light in sora's heart calls forth the seven lights and forges the true X-blade, which is very powerful. second phase: xehanort summons his keyblade armor. third phase: xehanort uses some familiar attacks, like SUBMIT!, the ethereal blades, time based attacks, a keyblade bowgun, a keyblade claymore, and the like. fourth phase: xehanort is apparently destroyed, only for his heart to join with and take control of kingdom hearts. he rises up once more, now a large armor clad heartless, and shatters the X-blade. This battle takes place in his dive to the heart, as you fight this new heartless on a platform above a realm being swallowed in darkness, as xehanort summons wave after wave of heartless to swamp you in an endless sea of darkness. fifth phase: sora, riku, and kairi weaken xehanort enough to loosen his grip to the point that they can summon the keyblade, where they call on the bonds of everyone they've met, and they create a much more powerful version of the X-blade, blending motifs from the kingdom key, way to the dawn, destiny's embrace, donald's staff, goofy's shield, the kingdom key d, and many more things, as they use it to f*ck xehanort up.
This is sooo gooood . . .I can't stop listening to it! It makes me feel like I'm experiencing Kingdom Hearts again for the first time. It's just so powerful.
Honestly really interchangeable with the final boss theme we have now for KH3, I could imagine playing the same battle with this theme instead. This is amazing. I'd say it would definitely be worthy of being in a KH game
Imagine this while this soundtrack is playing ( What i think the Lights and Darkness's are): 13 Darkness's: Master Xehanort, Ansem Seeker of Darkness, Xemnas, Young Xehanort, Apprentice Xehanort, Isa (Saix), Braig (Xigbar), Terranort, Xikru (A secret nobody of Riku), Even (Vexen), Vanitas, Lurod (Luxord), Sora's Heartless (Yes, i'm not joking). AN ARMY OF 2000 HEARTLESS, 2000 NOBODIES AND 2000 UNVERSED. All previous Disney bosses, Sephiroth, Julius, Hunter of the Dark, A few other Heartless, Nobody and Unversed bosses. 7 Light's: Master Sora, Master Riku, Master Kairi, Master King Mickey, Master Terra (Maybe), Master Aqua, Master Ventus (All in Light armour, how cool would that be?) Lea (Axel), Master Yen Sid, Master Eraqus, Namine, Roxas, Xion, Donald, Goofy, Queen Minnie, Tarzan, Hercules, Aladdin, Jack Skellington, Pinnocio (Older version?), Peter Pan, Cloud, Leon, Yufie, Cid, Noctus (Possibility? It would be awesome) Aerith, Tifa, Lightning (This would be awesome too) Stitch, Hayner, Pence, Olette, Seifer and the gang, Beast, Mulan, Jack Sparrow, Simba, Neku, Joshua, Beat, Shiki, Rhyme, Quasimodo, Captain Phoebus, Esmerelda, Tron, Sam, Quorra, Flynn, Any new Disney characters being introduced into KH3. THIS IS THE FINAL BATTLE! IT SHOULD BE THE BIGGEST BATTLE EVER! SOME SHALL FALL, BUT OTHERS SHALL RISE UP AND WIN!
kirby4815162342 Ansem and Xemnas, If you haven't played Kingdom Hearts 3D Dream Drop Distance Recently are in the room of the Organisation when Mickey and Riku enter it, Also, how do you explain Beast turning up in Hollow Bastion in Kingdom Hearts 1, he didn't say he was stranded there, he said he left his world to look for Belle. Sora has the power to bring back people who were thought to be lost forever (E.G Eraqus, Roxas, Namine, Xion) Sora Does have a heartless, He had his Anti Form in Kingdom Hearts 1 as a physical manifestation of how Sora developed and then he had his Shadow when he turned into a heartless in Hollow Bastion. Then in Re:Coded his heartless had transformed into a Darkside to show how much Sora has grown and the power he has been growing. Also on a side note, i was asking for your opinion, i was asking for the Content Creators opinion, i was open to Constructive Criticism.
kirby4815162342 Actually Remember how Xehanort said in the end the 13 seekers of darkness was not achieved the last one they needed was indeed Sora as number 13, basically they also have the power of time which is why they all gathered there on that day. just to clarify so yea they are looking for 1 more. so yes it was really them
OH MY GOD!!! How have I not heard this before? You done a really great job here. Nice one! I'm not sure if you answered it already but what do you use to get all of the instrument sounds (Software, Plug-Ins) or did you actually record the instruments yourself?
I know I'm just seeing this, but this seems more like final stage music. I cant really get fully into attack mode on this one. Needless to say though as with all the past comments I agree with this being an astounding piece! I"d listen to it multiple times. Fantastic work my friend!
Timeless river cars are the real final boss
SamelCamel oh god noooooooooooooooooo
They kicked my ass on my first level 1 run.
Took I think 2 tries my second level 1 run?
I love timeless river but I fucking hate that part so much Lol.
fuck those things
I think the final boss will be Winnie the Pooh
I listened to this a super long time ago, but I never realized until now the same person that arranged this would also go on to be one of the main 3 of Project Destati. Kudos Kristin!
All that's missing is the hundreds of dodge roll sound effects and the hero grunting as they dodge.
Don't forget HEAL
JUMP ON THE HYDRA'S BACK!
Shanemagi Dear god I hope not
Neku Sakuraba
I'd be more interested to see Sora fight his Heartless.
At 6:04- Cutscene
A mysterious man figure in armor strikes from above preventing Xehanort from trying to kill a knocked down Sora
At 6:07- Small dialogue/cutscene
Sora: *looks up and gasps at man*
Kairi: "Sora!"
Donald: "Wha! Who is that?!"
Goofy: *shrugs at Donald in awe*
Mickey: "Wait a second, that armor-"
Ven: "C-can it be-?"
Aqua: "But, how-"
Riku: *split second memory search*
Everyone: *Gasp*
At 6:26- The epic part
The armor fades off and blasts Xehanort back with a radiant explosive ring of light. Everything dims down revealing a reborn/resurrected man who was once lost but has now found his was back to his friends
Terra: "It's time we finished this old man"
Everyone: "TERRA!!!"
Brendon Jefferson Reading this while listening to the song made me feel....wow....i dont know
SAME! Terra HAS to end it.
One last situation command. Sora throws Xehanort up in the air, and Terra smashes him back into the ground, then dives down and does a move similar to Link's Ending Blow. The battle is over.
Xemnas and Ansem turn their back on Xehanort and merge with Terra...that's what I want
What if both Sora and Terra finish Xehanort together, after all they both fell into darkness and had to regain their light.
I love the final boss music we got in KHIII, but coming back to listen to this also brings back good memories.
the funny thing is the beginning of this fan made music . was in the final battle at the graveyard . I think Square Enix got permission to use this guy's music after kairi died
I completely love the way "Terra" and "Darkness of the Unknown" mix together, almost dancing one around the other, so similar and so different.
The soundtrack is overall magnificent, but that piece is really majestic.
my fav part tbh
I hope whoever arranged this has a very good day tomorrow. This song is inspiring the crap out of me!!
This is so charming... thank you! I did! :)
Is it bad that I'm waiting for this to hit 13 dislikes just so I can giggle?
Also thank you all for your great comments... so flattered!
Chibi Abel
I did it! I just disliked it!
Why do I start to burn? O_o
Still I love this arrangement, so I can die happy^^
Draklynus Hahaha there it is! ORGANIZATION XIII DISLIKED THIS!!!
Thank you very much! :)
Is there any way I can get this in just audio so I can post in on tumblr as an audio file? ^_^
yeah but dont ask for 7 likes lol
Guess you could say..
*sunglasses*
you're SO FLATTERED!
It's gonna be a bit difficult to watch Xehanort's defeat after the passing of both Chikao Ōtsuka and Leonard Nimoy.
It just won't be the same, but I still eagerly await it.
Rebellious Treecko No, it's fine. They just put their hearts into a younger host so they could see the Keyblade War to fruition.
Tolvan Osc'a'dragil Still not the same, Old Xehanort is the one we've been anticipating, and feel the most wanting to face.
No.XVII Yeah...
Rebellious Treecko i actually heard the voicework was the first things they did for kh3 since they couldnt work on anything else due to 15 being main priority, so supposedly they got their dialogue placed in before dying, meaning you'll hear them...but this was their final work before passing.
Note for future reference, this was arranged and released BEFORE KH3 was released!
That's pretty obvious based on when this video came out.
Before it was /announced/.
...this is by far, hands down, my favorite FM track of all time. It sounds so legitimate that I can't help but keep playing it over and over again.
Keep up the excellent work.
HI IT'S ME GUESS WHAT THIS IS STILL BETTER THAN THE ONE WE GOT IN KINGDOM HEARTS 3.
Square was inspired by you lol, they really did mashup various boss themes together for the final battles, and some of the other themes played during the ending, like The Key of Light, are remade in an epic fashion like you did
Information:
Defeat the last remaining incarnation of Master Xheanort. RESTORE LIGHT TO ALL WORLDS!!
*Xehanort
This is excellent and very respectful of Yoko’s work. I love your use of “Dive to the Heart” and “Destati,” but especially “Xehanort’s theme,” “Key of Darkness” and “Dearly Beloved.” Your transitions are very nice, too.
The actual final boss theme is a shame, but we can hope with all our hearts that Shimomura still composes something original for it and they patch it in. To not have that distinctive KH Shimomura sound at the grand finale was like a piece of KH’s heart was missing.
Good luck to you with your future music!
We can only hope. We waited for what she would have done for the the finale. The game is out, we're still waiting.
my god, if this is not the final battle theme, i'm placing it over it! this is perfection
In order, the pieces I used are:
"The Key of Darkness" + "Destati"
"Xehanort"
"Dark Impetus"
"Keyblade Graveyard"
"Terra"
"Darkness of the Unknown"
"Fight to the Death"
"Critical Drive"
"Organization XIII" (with fragments all around the mix)
"Aqua"
"Forze del Male"
"Riku"
"Sora"
"End of the World"
"Dearly Beloved" (with two measures of Roxas)
"The Key of Light" + "Destati"
Good job!
no Dark Domination?
@@shirakotakamotogd I uploaded this like 9 years ago, KH3 didn't exist 😂
This is insane!!! This should totally be in game! Every piece is mixed together so well!
This sounds unbelievably professional, bro. Kudos to you, my friend, because I'm down for hearing this in KH3
*Master Xehanort escapes and summons the rest of his "darknesses"*
(Kairi) Information: Defeat all of the Heartless while defending Kingdom Hearts!
"It's over."
"No...I was only the first! There will always be... Another."
("Xehanort", if you rearrange all the letters except X, can spell "Another", among other anagrams.)
I'm so hoping this is how the battle goes!
Lea should "save" Isa too :D
or kick his butt once and for all.
yeah thatd be epic.
The ending gave me chills dude
Ian Comtois "holy crap" *Square Enix takes notes*
I hope the final boss music in the final game will be this epic!
it's not the final game! :) it's the end of the Xehanort sage and also Sora will always be the main character for the kingdom heart series.
darkmay200 Maybe not always. But if Kingdom Hearts 4 was to be made Sora would be a protagonist in that game as well, so much was confirmed. Maybe one day we get a new generation of keyblade wielders to follow
Slaveofamv Tetsuya Nomura already confirmed what I said sora will always be the center of attention!
darkmay200 my bad, I can't wait to see how his defeat will. Be portrayed!
eh it was ok
I listened practically all kh3 themes now that the game was released. They're all simply FANTASTIC!! But this one... This one has something special! It's in an even higher level
can I just say that this is the most amazing piece of Kingdom Hearts music mash up that I've ever heard?
Thank you!
I write music myself, and am a huge kingdom hearts fan. You have done EXACTLY what I can only hope of doing. This is a beautiful arrangement.
Thank you, that's very kind! Would love to hear your stuff.
Field of Reeds It's all on a website called Noteflight. www.noteflight.com/#/search/thesoundofmusic1998 Anything with Thesoundofmusic as the username is mine.
This is gorgeous and I really love the part with Dearly Beloved at the end. Sounded so epic! You should make an entire version of it.
Dude!!!, you did a perfect fan arrangement. Always when I hear this, only I want to do is play KH again.
Imagine the last battle. Instead of three or four stages of Sora against Xehanort, you had three separate fights going on:
Riku, Kairi and the Gang (except Sora) vs the 13 Xehanorts in final battle arena;
Sora vs Xehanort on Stairway to Kingdom Hearts
Young Eraqus vs Young Xehanort somewhere in the past (like a big Naruto vs Sasuke thing😂)
And it all leads to the final stage in Kingdom Hearts!
4:50-5:35 is so incredibly pitch perfect, it robs my breath
EverythingWithRay Thank you
Field of Reeds ^3^ No, I thank you!
Field of Reeds The music in this is fucking legdandry it brakes my headset XD
KeldeoGaming Da Cutie But it restores your heart ^^
You...have just captured the entire epic-ness of Kingdom Hearts in one arrangement. Well done, it's amazing.
Despite both the English and Japanese Xehanort voices dying, I'm still eagerly awaiting the finale to his saga.
This helps fill the waiting time. :)
No.XVII Maybe Billy Zane can take the role again
james valcourt If i'm not wrong, one of the first things that they did working on KH3 was to make the voices, and before they died, they could finish that, so KH3 was their last work.
I believe they finished the voice acting already, they can't do cutscenes without it first
so how was it
6:30 Tears....brought to tears. Thats literally the end of a huge chapter taking place. I can hear it and i can see it. This is amazing. Thank you.
When I get my hands on KH3 for the PS4 when it comes out. I'm going to sit at the menu screen and hear Dearly Beloved before starting the game. I've been waiting for so long... just wish it can come out sooner.
I feel your pain my friend. I'll probably be sobbing from joy and listening to the menu for hours before I even play haha!
Why can't they start development sooner should be the question...
Jimmy T. Vu
They are developing it right now actually...
FEW MORE MONTHS
@@xenobladegirl LESS THAN 100 DAYS!!!
Wow..... I listened to this for my first time I thought this was straight from kingdom hearts 3!!! You are very talented!!! Thank you for your work and I hope for more!
This is AMAZING O.O constant waves of chills 5:15 to the end
My gawd, this is beautiful. I really enjoy that this isn't incredibly loud or grand (though grandness is present), going not for the massive epicness that would be the climax, but instead appealing to the more emotional impact of the finality. Fantastic work, I really love it
stomyn Thank you so much!! Listening to it now I hear how much refining it could use, but I'm so happy it's still appreciated
Field of Reeds Hey. I love this so much. It's honestly amazing, but if you feel you can do better I'd say go for it.
Great arrangement! Here's my idea for how the final battle would go:
Phase I: Maleficent Melee (Sora and co. are preparing for the big fight with Xehanort when Maleficent and her band of Disney villains launch a surprise attack. Sora and co. must face them all off)
Phase II: The Second Keyblade War (After a bit of fighting, Maleficent and co. realize they are evenly matched with the heroes and both parties decide to form a truce to take down Xehanort once and for all. The Second Keyblade War then commences. The Forces of Light and Darkness, respectively led by the 7 Heroes of Light and the 13 Dark Seekers, would have their great clash. It would play out like a gigantic Dynasty Warriors-style hack-and-slash)
Phase III: Freeing Terra, Part 1 (Sora and co. track down Xehanort after plowing their way through Unversed, Heartless, Nobodies, and assorted non-Maleficent affiliated Disney villains and Final Fantasy villains. Xehanort has assumed the form of Terranort to taunt the heroes. However, before the heroes can make their move, Ansem SoD and Xemnas appear to do some damage)
Phase IV: Freeing Terra, Part 2 (Sora and co. have seemingly finished off Ansem SoD and Xemnas. Ansem SoD, Xemnas, Young Xehanort, and Vanitas)
Phase V: Freeing Terra, Part 3 (Having defeated the four, Sora and co. plus the Lingering Will turn their attention to Terranort. The fight for Terra begins at last!)
Phase VI: Trouble with Braig (Terra is freed, and Xehanort is reverted back to his original Old Man self. However, as a result of the clash between Light and Dark, the X-Blade has been successfully re-forged. Xehanort goes to collect the apocalyptic weapon while dispatching Braig to deal with the heroes. As the heroes do battle with Braig, the piece of Xehanort's heart within Braig begins to activate, and Braig slowly and painfully becomes a Xehanort clone as the battle rages on)
Phase VII: Xehanort, God of Darkness (Braignort is defeated. However, the heroes are too late - Xehanort has the X-Blade in his clutches and has summoned the true Kingdom Hearts. Xehanort enters the true Door to claim Kingdom Hearts's power; Sora and co. give chase)
Phases VIII - XI: Battle with a God (Sora and co. catch up with Xehanort and do battle with him. Lastly, Ventus, Terra, and Aqua)
Phase XII: Dive into the Heart of Darkness (As a last ditch attempt to finish off the heroes, a severely weakened Xehanort -restored back to his normal form - channels all of his amassed darkness and attempts to forcefully merge Sora and co. into his monstrous Dark Kingdom Hearts. Everyone is incapacitated except Sora himself. Sora and Xehanort both Dive into the Heart, taking shots at each other while doing so. The fight plays out like the Dream Drop missions in KH3D)
Phase XIII: The Last Stand (Sora and Xehanort both arrive in the distorted Dive to the Heart - a forced link between Sora's pristine heart and Xehanort's malformed heart. Both decide to just have it then and there - no more tricks, no more God powers, no more nothing. Just a one-on-one duel to the death, Keyblade to Keyblade)
Aftermath: After a long, hard fight, Sora emerges victorious; Xehanort is slain.
That's a very interesting statement now I'm even more excited for kh3 to release this year and see how it plays out
Maybe there will be a 14th true final battle: Xehanort fused with the other 12 darknesses fight against Sora with the other 6 lights inside the true Kingdom Hearts!
I could see them doing this. They did with KH1 and KH2 final boss battles having several phases.
While it may seem redundant and tedious, it'll give the hardcore, and diehard KH fans some nostalgic feelings to make KH3 all the more impactful to them(us)
Fuck no i'm not waiting another 14 years for Kingdom hearts 4
genuinely wish this was the actual final boss theme we got
honestly, i believe this would be more fitting for a credits song. it is INSANE, but it lacks the tension for a battle theme. it is way too calm in comparison to the regular boss themes.
constructive critique, not trolling. it truly is gorgeous.
Usually hearing a battle theme on its own mightn't give off the feel needed for a battle. You'd have to hear it play in the fight itself. That's just me though.
no no no man, **start the song**
the boss is huge ,an unimaginable size
and your far far FAR way from its head
but begin your assault, the boss throws at you all kinds of attacks...
this song is just you and all your friends and allies one bye one giving you aid to get to the top in epic fashion. its not a final battle, just build up when you get to the top.
TheLPRnetwork
Maybe there would be a way to split the music in half.
Well, here we are 5 years later. I have just completed Kingdom Hearts 3 and it was glorious.
This is probably the greatest fan arrangement I have ever heard. It is a perfect blend of everything that happened during the Xehenort saga. I hope Shinomura does something similar to this!
With the game out now, I still will never forget this piece. I hope you enjoyed Kingdom Hearts 3!
This is amazing! I don't understand how this can have such a small number of views.
What the heck.
I love this music arrangement. This would be an epic final score worthy of the game its self. Yoko Shimomura would be proud.
My voice joined the uncountable trillions across the cosmos,
That dared to speak out against Archaos.
I wish I could hear an extended version of the intro with “Destati” and “The Key to Darkness.” Really beautiful.
Same with the Dark Impetus and Riku parts of the theme.
That was amazing, well done my friend
0_0 Wow. This is just...wow.
I really hope KHIII will have a compilation medley for a final battle that's at least half as epic as this.
Every final battle (and or secret bosses) we ever fought rolled into one track.
This just got me more hyped for KH3 then ever before. Your skills are amazing by the way. :D
Personally I prefer this than the one SE came up with. Thank you for making this you where way ahead of SE game by about 4 years!
Dude..... This is awesome!! It one of the best fanmade song i ever listen! Congratulations!
That "Destati" intro. I'm crying.
You did a fantastic job capturing the spirit of a KH boss fight!
5:15 beginning of kh...I'm ready to cry
Xehanort's battle phrases
1. "Conceive!"
2. "Bow to the darkness, boy!"
3. "There can be one true Keyblade Master!"
Getting hit
1. "Surely, you can do better."
2. "Impressive, boy."
3. "Your anger strengthens me."
4. "Submit to me!"
Stage 2: MX begins lifting the earth creating cliffs like in BBS, Sora has to at times hop from rocks to rocks while dodging attacks from MX to reach him and beginning a battle similar to stage one but faster and more intense.
2nd phase quotes
1. "All hearts shall fall to darkness!"
2. "All is lost to you!"
3. "Your heart can't save you!"
4. "No light can stop me!"
Stage 3: Xehanort banishes his Keyblade and summons the Guardian and his Ethereal Blades. He now begins to teleport a lot more while swinging even faster and more unpredictably, and the guardian makes surprise ambushes while also launching balls of darkness and fire.
3rd phase quotes
1. "In the end I will have the X-Blade!"
2. "Your friends can't help you now boy."
3. "You are losing strength."
4. "The end is near."
Cinematic: Sora collapses.
MX, now truly terrified, uses his dark X-Balde's power to transform into some sort of dark eldritch abomination, while Sora uses his light X-Blade to transform into some sort of angelic heavenly version of himself.
.
Final Stage:
MX goes all out assault with relentless and un-blockable attacks with his X-Blade combined with summoned Heartless, Nobodies, Unversed, Bugs, and Nightmare Dream eaters. He also launches beams of darkness and dark blasts from the ground.
Final Phase quotes
1: "Your power will belong to me!"
2: "Give me the Light half of the X-Blade"
3: "I won't lose to you again!"
4: "Kingdom Hearts is mine!"
End: A quick time event is triggered.
Master Xehanort is finally, and permanently, dead.
you just made one epic and hopefully the truth final boss
respect to you
@@julianvanhulst6729 Thanks.
This is so well made and full of passion that I started crying from all the emotion it brought! Incredible work!
If only we had Billy Zane back to reprise Ansem, finally gracing that part in a game for the first time since 2002.
Man... that second "Dearly Beloved" sounds like someone good made a sacrifice for everybody else to win the battle... This is too awesome! More please!
I wish I could play this over the actual final boss track for KH3. Not that there was anything wrong with the Destati/Rage Awakened mashup they used, but I feel that this more fully embodies all of the emotion and feeling coming to a head with this battle.
I'm legitimately convinced this is more creative than what the actual final battle track will be.
This fan-song turned out to be better than the actual game's final boss we waited half a decade for. It was a punch to the gut when I heard that theme in KH3. It angered me. But this actually has real instruments and real climatic feel to it.
I love how you worked in Dearly Beloved. If the final battle of the Xehanort arc needs anything, it's the battle music including Dearly Beloved.
I come from the future. I have reduced myself to just a heart to tell all of you that this game is far more glorious than any of you can imagine
You have failed, then. The future refused to change.
This is absolutely awesome! It's perfect for the final battle of KH3! Great job :D
*Slowly claps.... gets faster.... cries*
this is amazing. Sounds like one of the real deals right there. This, or some variation of it, needs to be in the final battle against Xehanort and all his Nort'd companions!
Information: defeat Aqua
...i teared up writing that...
Information: Defeat *Master Aqua.
Fixed.
This was absolutely awesome. It is kinda like what I would expect the KH3 final boss theme to be like. The use of leitmotifs all around is probably what Shimomura does best with the soundtrack (though abit more subtle). And, just as you used Dearly Beloved for the finale, I will be severly disappointed if Shimomura doesn't do that as well! xD
Information:
Defeat Xehanort.
End the Darkness and return Light to the worlds!
I imagine Terra's information (if you could play as him) being:
Information: Make him pay!
or
Information: make things right.
knowing them, Xehanort won't even be teh mastermind. THey'll pull a 3d and bring a new mastermind for the final battle.. ya know.. cause they love messing with us?
+Bobby Rare HAHA! IT YOU THOUGHT IT WAS XEHANORT! BUT IT WAS I, PENCE, THE ENTIRE TIME! WRYYYYYY!
TheCosaNation
watch riku turn evil and you have to "save" him.
+Bobby Rare I was thinking that might be the focus of their next arc....either that or some bullshit brings xehanort back again but as a pawn or something =_=
You Sir... have gotten you another subscriber and a favorite. This is awesomazing!
While for final boss, it would be better for it to sound more like a battle theme, this is beautiful and I want it somewhere in KH3
This brought a manly tear to my eye. Excuse my language but fucking beautiful. I love it when a compilation piece is put together so well. Now to do something illegal that will make me feel bad for three weeks tops and download this track so I can listen to it on the go!
i always imagine this:
first phase: xehanort has created a dark X-blade, and shattered the one the warriors were using, forged from fragments of the hearts of some worlds. however, the light in sora's heart calls forth the seven lights and forges the true X-blade, which is very powerful.
second phase: xehanort summons his keyblade armor.
third phase: xehanort uses some familiar attacks, like SUBMIT!, the ethereal blades, time based attacks, a keyblade bowgun, a keyblade claymore, and the like.
fourth phase: xehanort is apparently destroyed, only for his heart to join with and take control of kingdom hearts. he rises up once more, now a large armor clad heartless, and shatters the X-blade.
I love how Darkness of the Unknown and Terra's theme are in sync at one point. This is definitely an amazing arrangement
Holy crap man make this stuff your day job :)
Thanks, I'd love to be able to! :D
Amazing! It would be a really good final battle theme xD though as you say Shimomura has never failed us xD I imagine figthing against Xehanort xD
Kingdom Hearts would be an epic thing to graduate to! I'd love to use the music in daily life, hahaha.
One day, I hope to unironically be fought while The Thirteenth Struggle plays nearby.
The oboe work is fantastic. I also love how it kinda tells the whole kingdom hearts story.
Imagine this while this soundtrack is playing ( What i think the Lights and Darkness's are):
13 Darkness's: Master Xehanort, Ansem Seeker of Darkness, Xemnas, Young Xehanort, Apprentice Xehanort, Isa (Saix), Braig (Xigbar), Terranort, Xikru (A secret nobody of Riku), Even (Vexen), Vanitas, Lurod (Luxord), Sora's Heartless (Yes, i'm not joking). AN ARMY OF 2000 HEARTLESS, 2000 NOBODIES AND 2000 UNVERSED. All previous Disney bosses, Sephiroth, Julius, Hunter of the Dark, A few other Heartless, Nobody and Unversed bosses.
7 Light's: Master Sora, Master Riku, Master Kairi, Master King Mickey, Master Terra (Maybe), Master Aqua, Master Ventus (All in Light armour, how cool would that be?)
Lea (Axel), Master Yen Sid, Master Eraqus, Namine, Roxas, Xion, Donald, Goofy, Queen Minnie, Tarzan, Hercules, Aladdin, Jack Skellington, Pinnocio (Older version?), Peter Pan, Cloud, Leon, Yufie, Cid, Noctus (Possibility?
Holy shite. Imagine if Xion died AGAIN. Plus, for the seven lights, you forgot Roxas.
Josh Asher There is already 7 lights there, Roxas is till a denizen of the dark.
kirby4815162342 Ansem and Xemnas, If you haven't played Kingdom Hearts 3D Dream Drop Distance Recently are in the room of the Organisation when Mickey and Riku enter it, Also, how do you explain Beast turning up in Hollow Bastion in Kingdom Hearts 1, he didn't say he was stranded there, he said he left his world to look for Belle. Also on a side note, i was asking for your opinion, i was asking for the Content Creators opinion, i was open to Constructive Criticism.
kirby4815162342 Actually Remember how Xehanort said in the end the 13 seekers of darkness was not achieved the last one they needed was indeed Sora as number 13, basically they also have the power of time which is why they all gathered there on that day. just to clarify so yea they are looking for 1 more. so yes it was really them
uKzxRaPiDZzz DDD Bitche. Remember?
amazing. you did a great job with this. it all comes together so nicely
