I thought right after the lunch she was supposed to go down like a little airtime hill and then up into the element, but I guess it’s not anymore. Also, when I was at the park looks like they’re setting up for Grand Carnival, I have not been to grand Carnival so I can’t wait to try it this year. Thank you for keeping us posted.
@@brucebeam2161 yep! Carnivale starts this weekend. I filmed some of the setup but decided not to include it in the update tonight since there was way more interesting things to report. Am I crazy, old, or oblivious? I’ve never seen so much access to the construction of a roller coaster! I’m totally enjoying this. I’m down for 3 minute videos if everyone else is. Thank you for your work. It’s nice to know that I’m not the only ”coaster nerd” in the world. I use that term with love. Switching tracks, I can’t wait for this coaster to open! I am very curious as to how they incorporate near miss elements that wing coasters always have into the Jungle-X theming. The fact that the Volcano station is still there is intriguing. Could we fly through it? Could there be a second launch from within it? Could it be a restaurant to eat in while you enjoy living vicariously through the others on the ride in close proximity? Ok. I’m going a bit far. But, they’ve been planning this for a while. And Covid gave them some extra time. This bad buddy might be REALLY good. Kings Dominion has always been my home park and my happy place. To everyone out there, find your happy place and embrace it. It’s good for our mental health.
Luckily for us this thing is being built in a spot that’s hard for them to hide the construction. The old Volcano station will be the first thing you walk into as you go into the queue line. Since they’re calling that the Research Center I imagine we will see things about Jungle-X and all of the animals in there. It’s an exciting project to watch come together!
