Great investment, truly what makes smart ppl help the world advance. I find myself standing quite often when gaming, I wish I had a desk like this yrs ago! 👍👌🍻👽
Yes absolutely! I'm amazed at the difference it's made. I was sure I would just end up putting into sitting height after a short while and leave it there - but that didn't happen! I much prefer to stand! Budget ones like this are not expensive but still really good! 😀
@honestrob KABOOOSH, it's magic ✨️When I was a Dj, I had an extension tray for my laptop placed overtop the mixing board which saved me countless hrs of backaches.
Just got the 160 x 80cm one, because i'm 6 foot and a dev, basically have kyphosis because of how long i've been sitting at a desk in the last 6ish years. This wont reverse that but im hoping it helps at the very least, thanks for the review lol
I've found standing at the desk is helping my lower back issues quite a lot. Just 'feels' healthier too, so really glad I got it, and hope you get benefit from using it 🙂
No, mine does not move at all, although that will depend on the sturdiness of the monitor stand to a large degree, but my monitor is only on a stand about an inch wide so not sure!
@@genericfootyfan Ah interesting! I have a crappy lower back too from my weightlifting days in my 20's (eons ago haha!), but yes it really does help a lot. I've had less tightness in my back and feel more 'upright' since i've been using it 🙂
I was thinking on doing a quick video on this as it really transforms the desk, but basically with a single screw and some double sized Gorilla tape! 🙂
Was thinking of getting the 160 x 80cm one to fit my turntables & mixer on. Looks a worthwhile purchase
Yep, had mine 8 months now? Would never go back to a 'normal' desk! 🙂
did you get it i just olderd mine
@@OkZino94 not yet 🤦♂️ Christmas presents have been distracting me 😆
@@OkZino94 hi how do you like the desk? and what size did you get, im curious if the wood is strong enough at 160 in width for heavy things

@@the_gasolineaddicts Good idea! Sometimes the simplest of things make the biggest difference 🙂
@@honestrob 🐵 yeah, I enjoy being a simpleton genius 😅
@@the_gasolineaddicts AAAIIEE!! Those are the dangerous ones!!! 😉🙃😂
Please can you show how you assembled it? Struggling!
Hi, I did not record the assembly process unfortunately. Take your time with it. Hope you get it assembled ok 🙂
Great video! Thank you for the review
Thanks! I'm doing a follow up soon on how it's holding up, and how I hid the wires etc 🙂
Very nice! 👍🏻
Cheers Chad

How do you like it so far?
@@Sam-ko8mt I'm loving it, I'll do a follow up video soon. I would not go back to a 'normal' desk now, absolutely no chance! 😀
Does yours wobble when typing? My whole monitor shakes it's awful

Thanks! I'm really pleased with it 🙂
@honestrob Yeah, the doctor prescribed me co-codemol because of how bad my back is so I might have to take a look at this.

How's it (pardon the pun) holding up?
Perfect! No issues whatsoever 🙂
@@honestrob thanks!
@@Matt-vo1ge You're welcome! I'm planning a follow up video including how I attached a multi-plug to this too to hide all other wires 🙂
How did you attach the extension lead underneath?

Just ordered the 160cm one. Will see how it goes
@@thomasbrooks9947 Nice one! I think you are going to love it! 🙂
@@honestrob you could also use velcro tape its easier
@@FRAC_BRADZ Gorilla Tape was super easy, I have self adhesive velcro but preferred the Gorilla Tape for this 🙂
