The bus was originally purchased from Sunbury Coaches with the intention of converting it into our family home.
Currently it has just 799,500km on the odometer. A full engine rebuild was carried out in August 2013 at 639,000kms.
It comes with complete service history (over 250 pages) from new. The bus is in mechanically sound condition and totally rust/damage free.
    THE HOME
The inside of the home includes 6x seating positions (1 driver and 3 of the seats have child anchor points for child seats). There are 6 sleeping positions (king size bed in the master bedroom, queen size pull out sofa bed and single bunk beds).
The king bed is comprised of 2x king single memory foam mattresses that are on remote controlled electric individual articulating bases.
The kitchen is spacious with a beautiful bench top spanning approximately 4 metes. 13 drawers for storage, a floor to ceiling pantry, and a 224L Dometic fridge/freezer.
The home itself appears very spacious thanks to the all white cabinetry, oak wood waterproof hybrid flooring, and light ceiling trim. The matt black finishes give it an extra flair of elegance.
The bathroom features a 900x900mm full shower, 3 drawer vanity and a toilet (hidden away in the cupboard, on a roll out system). The bathroom is separated from the living quarters and master bedroom by sliding doors on either side.
There is also a hidden outdoor shower near the entrance door to the bus it’s both hot and cold water allowing you to clean your feet or enjoy a warm outdoor shower.
This home is the perfect balance between sophistication and practicality.

    STORAGE
Underneath there are 3x through bins on each side of the bus which are approximately 1.3m wide x 1m tall, and span the whole 2.5m width of the bus.
In this storage space, there is currently an 800L freshwater tank (fitted with electronic water level sensor that links to an app on your phone) and a 600L grey water tank.
A full size household front loading washing machine is located in the front bin location as well as 2x 9kg gas bottles in an enclosed box.
This leaves ample room (almost 2 whole bins) for storing other equipment and personal items.
    SOLAR
The solar system is comprised of 4x 330KW flexible panels, 320amp hour battery, 3000kw VA Victron inverter, DC-DC converter, remote battery monitoring system and inverter remote control.
Several 240Volt power points are located both inside the home and in the storage compartments below.
This setup means that the home allows complete ‘off-grid’ living for extended periods of time.
240V electricity and gas appliances are fitted and signed off by a certificated electrician/plumber as per Australian compliance requirements.
There is no doubt that this home is one of the most stylish and up to date motor homes on the market right now.
