DYNAMIC Pilates Reformer Workout | Stand On Floor Reformer CHALLENGE | 50 Min

- Get ready to use your reformer in some new and interesting ways for a fun and challenging intermediate level reformer workout. We'll be moving all around our machine standing, kneeling, even lying next to it to get an amazing and energizing whole body workout. *Have a yoga block, a ball, a rolled up towel or some kind of head support nearby, we'll need it for some side lying leg and footwork.
*If your reformer is elevated off of the ground have your reformer box handy, you'll need to use it occasionally next to your machine to get the proper angles and alignment (further explanation in video)
