Atelier’s FORGOTTEN PS2 Era (Atelier Iris & Mana Khemia)
I'm a pretty big Atelier fan nowadays, it's easily in my top 3 franchises in the present day. Every game offers something that I don't get in any other franchise, and it's always a joy to fire a new one realising that I will be playing something low key and relaxing.
Though, it wasn't always like this. During the PS2 era, there were 5 games released for the Atelier series, the 3 Atelier Iris games, and the 2 Mana Khemia games, and they are often coined the black sheeps of the series because they went heavily against the established formula of the series.
But were they bad? I took it upon myself to find this out.
