Splendid, the rifle's wore the first true camouflage over 200 years ago, they ran into position and shot the enemy's officers and senior NCO'S first, using the baker rifle.
One of the drummers is wearing the Scots Guards Drum Majors tunic, but is wearing a Welsh Guards Bearskin. What the?
Pity the splendid tableau at the beginning showing the buglers at the arch was spoiled by scarecrows masquerading as official photographers.

Who is the leader guy at the start?
The pipe (or drum) Major.
How are you going to do that? If you knew who he is, why did you ask? I thought you meant, what is the leader of the band called? In England, the drum major, & in Scotland, (because they play bagpipes), the pipe major.
Always the one to watch, especially when they throw the baton high up into the air & catch it again.
He’s a Cadet Bandmaster.
@@missasinenomine not technically true. The Pipes and Drums are still lead by the Drum Major (the one carrying the Staff or Mace). The Pipe Major is the Senior Piper, who plays his bagpipes and controls the music by leading the other pipers.
US Military have Bag Pipes play
doubt it maybe an individual but no Bagpipe Bands at all.
